It's not working here either all i'm getting is this:

I found this on the forums. Hope it helps.

This means that your account is already linked to YouTube. To make sure, please do the following:

1) Go to the "ELITE TV" section of the site and select "Theater" in the top menu.

2) Hover over the button.

3) Look at the "My Theater" heading and if you see a small gear next to it then you are already linked to YouTube.

4) To confirm the YouTube account that you are linked to you can hover over the gear and select "Manage Theater Settings".

5) A window will open up telling you which YouTube account you are linked to. You can also unlink your YouTube account from this window.

When I link my account it still stays im not linked and keep trying but nothing happens...

it works for me now aswell, they announced it on their twitter. But one thing sucks BIGTIME"!!

it seems that you can't upload longer than one monut to youtube from mw3 (via vault) is that true?

if that is true, it sucks soooooooooooooooooooo bad

Yea same here for everyone i thought it would of worked by now i know its only been a week since release of game/elite full online but they got rest working what they should of done is have the important stuff working (below)

Them four are most important to us mostly. i would say i dont care the whole clan thing but it would be nice to see it all completed within 3 weeks so people can show of some good stuff
