Same happend to me, ive pressed resend also but still no E-mail...
Earlyer i had another account and it came straight away... I am sure I have typed inn the right E-mail adress and stuff..

U go on your e-mail and check in your inbox and verify your email adress its as sympol as 123 (if your using a g-mail go in your spam folder and verify it.

Hello wyattsmith325,

To register your new email address, you would just need to go to http://profile.callofduty.com, and select Create account. All of your Elite information and game stats are saved directly to your GamerTag/SEN ID and you link and unlink your account as much as you like.

When it takes you to the Email Confirmation screen after you click the link, sign in before you press the following button and it should work
