any type of ammo perk is too risky to include in the game. no matter what the exceptions are.

It would be something like Scavenger Pro. Say you have 30 Rounds in your ray gun. So you go to this Perk Cola machine and buy the new Scavenger Pro Perk. Now at the start of every round, you get 25 free ammo rounds for your gun. Now you have 55 Ray gun rounds. If you die of course, your perk is lost like the others.
