if you havent read your gaming magazine lately there has been confirmed reports from Microsoft and Sony that they are baning player who have such rasicist emblems such as the NAZI sign or that. They through will not ban people with emblems that invovle sexual intercourse saying thats just people being stupid. So mate drop the topic.

The games rated "M" for a reason, we should be able to pick what we want as our emblems.
Minus the swastikas and 9/11 emblems, they should be perm banned.

goddam, you people act as though it is illegal to be racsist. I know it is looked down upon, but anyone can be racsist if they wanted to. You cannot be arrested for being racsist. If a emblem is discriminating, or offends you, that may cross the line.

Please do not call an emblem racsist, as that may be there choice. If the emblem offends you a certain way, then it may be discriminating.

They do this shi*t to get a reaction, and by making this thread you only satisfied their cause.

Just ignore it. And if little kids see it, that is their fault. The game is 'M'. Meaning, 17 and older.

You do know that a lot of people report people for racist, sexual, emblems. So Treyarch has like 2 millions submissions of reports that they have to look at.

I'm very sure Treyarch knows this as well as you do. They have a lot of people working on it, and they get paid for it. I would love getting paid to ban people because of their emblems.

I report a player every time I see a swastika or an african american hanging from a tree. But I have also realized there are probably a bunch of little kids, or just immature people in general, that just report their friends because they think it's funny, or maybe they report the team they lost to because they lost. There is a lot of baggage that comes with this feature. I think "Offensive Language" should be taken off of that list however. Because in the US (I realize not all the people that play this are from America but a majority are) there is such a thing called freedom of speech and I do believe that somebody should be punished or suffer from any sort of consequences because of what they say. There is a mute button for a reason.

No SH*T it's rated M for mature. That's for the content of the game, NOT THE USER FREEDOMS YOU SEE ONLINE. The user freedoms are NOT RATED BY THE ESRB, and when you play online, you AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Which means if you do something offensive, you will get punished for it. Quit being a jack-ass, and seek a proper education for once.
