Looking For 1 More Member for a League Team (Read)

Me & my buddy have been around since call of duty MW1. We have played alot and know each other and work very well together. We need 1 more member that has the same experience. The clan that i own has a East team, and a West team. However, i am looking for 1 more member that wants to go along way. The East team might get sponsored, and that's where we as a West team need to be. This is a League Play Team, and we will be hosting tryouts tommorow and next weekend. So, here are the requirements

-Must be active. We need to get to know eachother, see how you play and what not.
-Be determined. We are serious about this, and want to go as far as win money.
-Easy to work with- if you rage alot, we might have a problem. We understand every now and then you have a bad game, but alot can work against us.
Be a good player- if you believe you have the talent to be on the team then message us, we prefer people with competitive experience. In our minds, playing public matches isn't competitive.
-No trash talking- we do not want to be represented as trash talkers.

If you guys live in Central, i currently own a clan that has a Eastern & Pacific Team that performs at a competitive level. We are trying to build Central and are looking for a leader to control Central. I have one player that lives in Central that is very experienced and is built for anchoring and defending. Team AnG (All Natural Gaming) is currently recruiting. Now first off, we are different from many clans. The casual clan would set stat requirements. We personally believe giving out stat requirements is where a lot of clans can go wrong. We were once one of those clans.For example, what happens if there is a extremely good player that participates in League Play and is competitive? Your stats WILL go down. We have been a clan since MW3 and are still going strong. Now if you do want to know the clans stats, they are definately not horrible.

Team AnG is a competitive clan. We have high clan stats, and we GB & participate in League Play & Clan Battles. Team AnG is currently #1 in one of the Masters division. We also participate in Clan Ops/Challenges. We did take a break from them to focus on competitive gaming though. But now we are back. Here is the link to our ELITE Clan. How Broke Is ELITE?!

ELITE has been running for awhile now. When it first came out, it was extremely glitchy. That was understandable. However, literally a year and a half later, it's basically the same. The problems that keep happening are:

-that my clan automatically enlistes in a clan challenge/clan op on either game (Bo2,MW3) without me even doing anything.
-that it showed in the competitions page that we finished the clan challenge completely and somehow gives us silver.
-In one clan op, we came 200th in the world out of 3000 clans, and we got silver.
-That ELITE gives the clan a different emblem from a different clan on our page.
-For us clan leaders, we can't even click "Manage clan" without getting a error.
-My clan shows that we are level 50 on the website, but 49 on MW3? Makes no sense..

These are just the basis for me. Im sure there are alot more for everyone else. If you think about it, The people that run ELITE get alot of money coming in. When people bought the premium version of ELITE, that's a hella lot of money! But the fact that they can't even count in clan competitions is just ridiiculous. I do hate complaining about this kind of stuff but man oh man it's getting really frustrating. We even took a break from clan competitions because of this. We came back, and wala.

What are your guys opinions?

Not to mention that our clan emblems are switched with other clans... our clan emblem is some other clans emblem. This concerns me alot just knowing what could happen next.

Your gameplay. For example, if we see a guy with a Score Per Minute of say 200, and another guy with a Score Per Minute of 500, we would go with the second guy (as long as he did not cheat, which we check).

Hosting League Play Team Tryouts! (PS3)

My team is currently trying out players that love to compete at a high level & love to play League. The team name is Team AnG West (AnG= All Natural Gaming). Team AnG East has already been created and is currently battling for first place with a different team in Masters division.
What do you need to be eligible?
-Live in the Pacific Time Zone (Cali,B.C Nevada).
-Good Communication
-Good Skill Level

-Daily Player

If you are good in these areas we are hosting tryouts tomorrow. 3 games, CTF, Search, & Hardpoint. If you are interested please add kidisgood96 saying you would like to tryout.
