Clan Ops & Challenges visibility is a known issue on web that we're working to fix ASAP. In the meantime, please enlist through console.

From Tuesday, 10/16 3am PDT/10am GMT to 3pm PDT/10pm GMT, the below functionality will be unavailable as we make performance improvements to the clan feature for PS3.

- Creating a Clan

- Joining a Clan

- Managing a Clan: Including changing names and tags

Latest Update v1.1 of ELITE Mobile App now required

Clan Challenge Betas Award Delay & Leaderboard Error - 9/3-9/13

We're aware that some clans are receving the above error for the below Clan Challenge Betas. We're working on resolving this error and distributing Badges and Clan XP as soon as possible. We'll update as soon as this has occured.

We're working on getting 9/13 Rampage (360 & PS3) and Hoarder (PS3 only) Clan Challenge Beta XP and Badges for certain clans that didn't receive them. Apologies for the delay on this. This thread will be updated and affected users will be messaged via the ELITE Feed when it's live.

With respect to Clan Operation scoring, we're not trying to keep this a secret. This was a backend change which has yet to be reflected in a frontend build. I realize that this is confusing and I will update on progress here as soon as there is news to share.

Clan page visibility issue on web

Update: A fix for this issue has been pushed and it is now resolved. If you are still experiencing it, please clear your browser cache and cookies and then relaunch your browser.

Some users are currentely unable to view their Clan page on web. This is a display issue we're working to resolve as quickly as possible and no Clan data has been lost. We'll update this thread as soon as this issue has been fixed. Our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.

We're working on resolving a badging issue with this week's Rampage Clan Challenge Beta which is also affecting the Hoarder and Tactician Clan Challenges Beta. We'll be the updating the status of badges and XP in this thead.

As we've updated in this thread, this was the result of improvements that were made to the Clan Operations badging logic starting this past weekend. Previously, Clan Ops were badged from enlisted clans instead of clans who actually participated. This change was made to fairly reward those players who took the time to participate.

The Clan Op rank number in your Clan Showcase is currently displaying the number of enlisted clans and we're working to have this display participating clans instead. We've verified that all clans have been accurately awarded according to this new update. Our apologies for any confusion.

Clan Operations Award Improvements

This past weekend we made some improvements to our Clan Operations system. We are now badging Clan Operations based off of participating clans instead of those who are only enlisted, in order to fairly reward those players who have actively participated.

Currently, the Clan Operation rank number in your Clan Showcase is being displayed against the number of enlisted clans. Moving forward, we're working to have this display the number of participating clans which your participation is actually being judged against.

We've verified that all prizing has accurately been awarded against enlisted clans for this past weekend's Clan Operations, and apologize for any confusion.

Leaderboards being constructed on the front end is a known issue for certain clans which we're resolving and we'll be updating about here. No player data has been lost. We'll be resolving the leaderboard display issue and distributing badging & XP as soon as we can.

The quickest way to get emblems is to use the emblem request form which you can access through the below steps. This process takes approximately one week

1. Visiting Activision Customer Support at https://support.activision.com/

2. Selecting ELITE

3. Selecting the second advisory pictured below.

Time should take no longer than a week so long as you are using the request form. I know this is frustrating for everyone and I'm pushing to get this fixed as soon as possible.
