The hit detection's actually pretty near to perfect now! I believe that the spawn logic is correct in spawning users away from their original spawn and to the new one if the enemy has pressed evenly in. Does this favor premades? Yes. Is it the developers fault if someone wants to rambo in and throw the spawns into chaos? Absolutely not.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In my experiences, we have captured the A flag on Mission and the enemy has spawned around us at C, but not on top of us. Seldom do I ever have someone spawn directly behind me as documented by some people. Neither do I spawn directly in front of a kill lane.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd also like to state that I have not spoken on or about the average person's experience till now. I have only spoken of my own experiences which were discounted as lies and luck. I think you'll find I said parties can easily play the spawn system, which has gone on for years and I &lt;strong&gt;had&lt;/strong&gt; no problem with as in past games it took skill and teamwork to play the spawn system this much; in MW3 the fact that revenge spawns exist just make it even easier for teams to play the spawns.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you read my post properly you would see that the problem I was refering to was the fact that a very large proportion of the player base of CoD play on their own, that is a fact, whether you like it or not. It's just map control... and you can prevent the other squad from spawning behind you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That large player base that plays on their own... whinges about spawns... not noticing that the very nature of playing the game on their own and chicken heading to and fro is one the main reasons the spawns yin and yang like a kid in an ice cream store torn between chocolate and vanilla. I hate to break it to you but spawn trapping in a party doesn't require talent, especially against randoms, it's even easier to spawn trap in domination.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don't have access to figures, but I'll estimate ~50% of players never play in parties, and of the ~50% that do, only about 15% actually play to win and have stratergies to control spawns such as your party.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My challenge to you is that you ditch your party for 2/3 hours, rush, yes no camping or headglitching with a type. People do that all the time already. If they end up as host, if their connection is lower than 3 bars (even if their connection is 3+, but the match is still too laggy), there are so many reasons that people enter and exit the lobby, that ping should the least of your worry in terms of why people are leaving.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not allowing us to make informed decisions on the basis that people might leave the match if they found out how bad it actually is, is frankly ridiculous. We get that you're catering to less intelligent players, and that the majority of your money comes from people making uninformed decisions, but I think you underestimate the number of intelligent people out there wanting to be able to make informed decisions that play the game.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am only going to comment on the sentence that begins "We get that you're catering to less intelligent players..." because I want to totally distance myself and IW from this remark. I do however have massive issues when I am host, which is a lot of the time, all it does is fustrate you and I've nearly tampered with my conn multiple times but I've decided not to so far.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It boils down to either, fix host disadvantage or the problem of throttling with only get worse, it's that simple.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also as somebody said earlier host advantage is actually a positive for all involved. People with disadvantage want to get an advantage so therefore upgrade their internet increasing the amount of good hosts that everyone can benefit from, not just the host.
