It might not be that your aim is completely gone. If you're doing okay against bots and not online then that's probably more indicative of latency issues. I see it all the time myself. Some lobbies my shot is just really on the money (good connection) and other lobbies I can't hit the guy 2 feet in front of me while he's crouch-walking (bad connection). Par for the course in the modern CoD

Chopping and changing your sensitivity is probably not going to do you any favours really. Best to just stick to one sensitivity and keep grinding away until you get really used to it again and let the muscle memory develop for that sensitivity.

1. I find having the search preferences set to "Best" and my NAT type set to "moderate" tends to yield the most consistent results, but depending on the time of day you are playing, the amount of players online and in your proximity, you can still find yourself in laggy lobbies. It's par for the course with multiplayer games on P2P connections.

2. Quickscoping has always been possible in Call of Duty (been playing online since CoD2) and is growing in popularity, so much so that I really don't think you'll ever see a CoD game without it. It's not an exploit, it's just a technique. It's simple to learn, but very difficult to master. To do well with it you need a really good knowledge of spawns, positioning and high traffic routes because you need to be able to predict where your targets are going to come from because being able to prepare your shot is half the battle. You also need to have pretty good twitch reflexes and accuracy. It's a lot more challenging in my eyes than using any automatic or semi-auto weapon. That's just my opinion, and you're perfectly entitled to disagree with me, but the simple fact is, if quickscoping is that big of a deal for you then maybe you've picked the wrong franchise.

3. There is no auto-aim. There is aim-assist or target-assist as it is known in 3arc games. It's just a sticky aim that slows your crosshairs down as you run them across a target. It's purpose is to compensate for the lack of precision afforded by analog sticks when compared with a mouse. You can turn it off in the options menu

When looking down a scope with magnification any slight movement is amplified and exaggerated yet a sniper getting shot while ads barely gets any movement in their sights.

I think that's because they all pretty much use Toughness. I personally never make a sniper class without Toughness because without it the flinch will mess up your shot. It's not just snipers that get the benefit of Toughness though. Plenty of times I've come across someone using an AR with toughness, hitmarked them with the Ballista, lost the gun fight and then watched in the killcam as my shot didn't make a blind bit of difference to their aim. Can't complain though, that's just the perk doing what it's supposed to do - sometimes I'm on the good side of it and others the bad - sh1t happens

All of the guns in this game kill so fast that I have to assume that It wouldn't matter what gun the other guy had, he'd still have beat me that time. Of course, some people use cheap tactics (headglitching, camping corners etc) and that does annoy me, but I try to keep that annoyance from turning into rage because I only end up playing worse then.

Every weapon and playstyle has a tactic to counter. Work on finding the best way to deal with the players that bother you or you have difficulty dealing with. Quickscopers a pretty easy to deal with because they are predictable - they always want to be in the same spots on the map so it's easy to flank them. Shotgunners don't want to be out in the open so they will stick to high traffic CQB areas. Try to control your engagements to put you in a stronger position. That will often mean having to completely change how you are playing, sometimes you will need to rush hard and sometimes you will have to hold back and be much more conservative. As soon as you start getting pee'd off with it though, either stop playing or go chill out in combat trainining where nothing matters a damn anyhow
