My suggestion is buy a new PS3. Any home fix is just temporary. Especially if its related to hardware failure. The older PS3's use sub-par solder on the chipsets. From the constant heating an cooling it work hardens it then it breaks, like if you keep bending a fork back and forth it will snap eventually.

If it is a heat related thing then yes a simple replacement of the paste would help it out.Most of the time its just not worth it. I fixed my old one twice. Once to try it, 3 months later it did it again, then I just fixed it to get my disc out. Now I just watch movies on it no more games.

The moderators on here only moderate the forum, not the game. So they would have no knowledge as to why you were banned.

Its not in the safe mode menu. Its in the XMB main menu under settings, then system settings.

There is an option in the menu to format the drive,no need to remove it. Though as I said in another post you will lose everything, though it may be your only option.

Factory reset does not clear corrupted data. Have you tried the Restore File System option?

You want some input? First off there is no need to be an donkey and break out the expletives, its just a video game, relax. there are greater tragedies in the world.

Second, maybe those people don't like those maps and leave to go find a better map that they like. No one will play the game how you like it.

Ever hear one in real life? Had the privilage of witnessing 2 doing exercises up in New Hampshire Yankee One MOA. Pretty nuts, was quite a sight. I tell you I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that thing.

When did I say that? No where in my post's did it ever say I disagree with it, that's an assumption you made in your previous post. Not me. I have many DLC from COD games, so I would say I do not disagree with it.

Because I can be, and I like COD. Is that ok with you? Just because I choose not to buy the DLC or freeload with someone, doesn't mean I hate the game. They discounted MW3 DLC after sales were lack , so its only safe to assume they may do the same, since there is more hate on this forum than there was on MW3 forum.
