I have the exact same thing as the OP, which makes using the pistols, M14 and FAL a bit of a gamble.

...I find that shaking my mouse around, clicking like a madman often resolves this issue, but that makes me quite unable to aim, so not a very good fix...

...and no, it's not a problem with my mouse. Play many other games, including FPSes (including cod2, 4, waw, mw2, along with a lot of other games not in this franchise) and I've never had this issue in any other game.

What happens when the gun jams is that, well, you can't shoot. You can move, look, etc, but your gun is inoperable. It happens randomly, and I've managed to recreate this scenario clicking in different speeds with the fal/m14, so it doesn't seem to be because I click too fast.

Hope this can be resolved, because I like my semi-automatics, but at the moment, they are unusable (to a degree... to the degree that the gun will jam and cause you to die)..

...and yes, I also get killed by B52 and Napalm through buildings, but I think everybody has that.
...funny though, as in the loading-screens tips, they say you can hide inside buildings to avoid it.. =P
Today I even got killed by a B52 while capping the B-point on Crisis (yes, in the deepest bunker in the game)

Same here.
Also get "This key is being used by another computer" when trying to Co-op.
