And no luck with customers service, according to them your rank, stats, weaps, will automatically reset back normal...sometime!!! And it may not even go back to the exact rank you had it, you'll be reset back tot the last saved point in they're online database. So it may roll you to a rank you was before you got reset, but good luck with customer support, the chat is closed down, and when you call all you get is a automated message!! No official represenatives to help you out!!! Talk about shitty service!! If my stats don't get replaced I will never play activision-treyarch games again,and I'll make sure I go out of my way to post blogs, and comments letting everyone and everybody know how shitty Black Ops 2, Treyarch, and Activision actually are!!! <<SUPER PISSED>> Would have never bought the game if I thought that half way thru multi-layer my stat would just magically reset!!! WASTED TIME!!!

I had the exact same problem about the same time you made this post!! All my playercards are gone except the ones in my showcase, I can go to the leaderboards, and checkout all my info, but nothing shows up in combat record or anywhere like that!! But if you go to leaderboard it show your rank and everything. I never cheated or anything, I was just playing the game! My girlfriend was playing also, but here stats are fine!! I hope the problem gets fixed, so far no luck with support!! I also have my COD Black Ops 2 Saved Data back up to online storage as a plus member!! Super convienent it happens a week before Double XP Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
