TERMINAL dosnt work

When i went on call of duty it said i have to download a free dlc before u can play and it was terminal.But the problem is that it dosnt download properly. It says its been downloaded and installed but when i go on the game i dont have it and now i cant play for some reason there is something wrong can u please help me out Activision or sony can someone please help me i love call of duty and i dont want to miss out on playing it.
