I think IW are focusing there powers elsewhere, I don't think modders will be banned from the leaderboards.

I went back to the old games also, no bs blops2 is the worst cod title Ive played, and I just dont enjoy it anymore.

MW1/MW2 and BO2 are all completely different, cod has gotten more laggy. I fully expect mw4 to have even worse lag comp than blops2.

xbox 360 has the worst lag comp of all the call of duty games.

open or moderate nat doesn't change the games lag comp, its still as bad with open NAT.

mw3 lag is much better than blops2, I can actually play mw3 fine, yea it sucked at the start but IW patched it and in the end the lag comp was acceptable. Blops2 is completely unplayable for me.

It will launch on a bunch of platforms including next gem imo. It will be designed for xbox 360 as usual, then other systems like pc will have higher res windows, maybe improved textures, but thats about it for first gen of new systems.

Unless they make it from the ground up for next gen, which I doubt because there is too much money in 360 and ps3 still.

Not on my end, must be a connection thing then because I have no lag comp on ps3, but get 1 shot on xbox. Trust me im not a ps3 fanboy, Ive been an xbox fanboy since halo 1.

Just change lag comp back to what was call of duty 4.

No Lag Compensation on PS3

After constantly getting one shot on xbox too many times I quit playing blops2 on xbox, but I saw a few youtubers move from xbox to ps3. I hate ps3 and only use it for blu-ray, but I thought I'd also give it a try because somebody said the lag comp is different on ps3. First game went 55 and 9, zero BS deaths, if anything I was ahead of everybody else, it feels like call of duty 4 on xbox, like where better aim and reaction time wins.

I urge anyone that has both xbox and ps3 to just try the ps3 version and see that the game has basically no lag compensation. Im using the same connection, same wired connection, same router, everything is the same and the game plays amazing. I go back to xbox and go 18 and 36 and get one shot before I see anyone.

So why does the xbox version have worse lag compensation than ps3 and pc? Is it something to do with xbox live?

Lag has been a problem since day one, I always get 1 shot. Devs refuse to listen.
