Hey man, you're in luck. I looked at their terms and you can refund it. This is what is says:

A Pro Member may cancel their Membership and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase of the Membership, subject to certain conditions.

When you cancel it, they're just going to give you the free membership. So I would refund it if you want and get MW3!

I have the pro membership, it doesn't work like that though and I don't think thats possible.. They reward with you with points by buying games, you got the 750 points by activating your membership and you will get more points when you pick up MW3.

Me too, there's not many people in my area, probably like 20 perhaps. So I don't know. I don't know why they called me when I cancelled awhile ago.

The lack of customization of emblems, etc, that's the only thing bugging me. I'm quite excited to play a new game for a change.

Of course! You'll get all the 20 pieces of DLC, including maps, modes, etc.

Hey, I would get the regular game and elite, and yes, you will get founder status if you activate it by Nov. 13th. So it doesn't make a difference. The Hardened Edition just gives you collectibles.
