i would definitely dish out the cash for a DLC costume pack! this alone would make me want to go through the game again, so long as one of the suits in the pack is the one i want.

i remember beenox saying in an interview somewhere that they wanted players to feel like they were spider-man. well, i was disappointed in this regard, as it's nearly impossible for me to feel like i'm the one behind the mask when none of the costumes in the game suit me (pun intended).

personally, these are the suits i'd want to see in a DLC pack:

- classic red/blue (my favorite)

- classic black

- classic scarlet spider

- ben reilly

- 2099

- noir

- miles morales

- iron spider

also, unlimited crime along with some new ones would be great.

DLC aside, this game is in serious need of a patch to fix the frequent crashes on the PC version, along with the issues the game has with ATI cards. a few fixes and additions could go a long ways.

on top of an unlimited crime/bug fix patch, it would be nice to see a DLC costume pack before xmas. i've grown very fed up with the current selection of suits cluttering up the closet. what i want to see are costumes from a more classic variety, such as:

classic red/blue

classic black

classic scarlet spider

ben reilly

i do love this game, especially the combat, but playing in a costume i really don't like makes it difficult to enjoy it.

the negative zone suit didn't unlock for me until i completed every side-mission on the map.

however, that may not have been the specific requirement. the last set of missions i did before unlocking the suit was car chases, so perhaps you need to complete all of those to unlock it. if that doesn't work, then just complete all the other side-missions until you get it.

the point of my challenge was to make web-swinging seem more realistic in terms of height.

can the web-lines be adjusted so that they properly attach themselves to buildings when swinging? sure. would it be an easy change? absolutely not! i wouldn't hold my breath on this being implemented.

if it bothers you so much, then here's a little challenge; try to be realistic and only web-swing when the buildings are within web-swinging reach. if you find yourself in a situation where you clearly shouldn't be able to swing, just tap the web-rush to the nearest building/object. if you're too high up (you shouldn't be this high unless it was intentional) then let gravity assist in bringing you back down to proper web-swinging altitude.

you're spider-man. get creative with your web-swinging.

i feel your pain. alternate costumes are VERY important. when i play a spider-man game, peter parker isn't spidey, I'M spidey. the only way i can feel that way is if i'm in the right costume (classic red/blue). if i use any other costume, i feel like i'm just watching someone else swinging around new york, and that's not fun at all.

it was extremely disappointing to me and my brother that none of the revealed costumes were the classic red/blue or either of ben reilly's suits. to make things worse, crime stops completely after finishing the game. there's more to being spider-man than just cruising new york on the web-line express!

beenox has stated, somewhere, that after the game is released, they will be supporting it for the next couple of months. it has only been a little over a month since release, so there's still time for them to surprise us with more DLC. also the moderators here have relayed to beenox that we want more costumes and endless crime.

whether beenox will deliver or not, only time will tell.

it's possible that beenox is holding off on DLC until the PC version is released, which is just a week away.

More Costumes, such as:

- Classic Red/Blue Suit

- Classic Black Symbiote Suit

- Ben Reilly's Scarlet Spider & Spider-Man Suits

i know which costumes are in game and which are not, thank you very much.

the list wasn't mine, it was amazingjob3's. the point of posting it was that he listed a few costumes that aren't in game, at least not yet. they could be DLC.

my brother just got back from walmart and got a good look at the guide. the only costumes it mentioned are the ones that have already been revealed... that is very disappointing.

however, in the thread for the FF suit, amazingjob3 claims to have all the costumes and more since his dad knows dee brown. his list included:

ends of the earth

classic red/blue

stan lee

carnage

scarlet spider 2012

ben reilly

future foundation

cross-species spidey

redesign black suit

i really hope he's telling the truth, as none of the revealed costumes interest me.

i just want 2 costumes - the TRUE classic red/blue, and at least one of ben reilly's suits.
