There isn't much you can do about it.&amp;#160; I will say that since it happens to everyone, you'll gain a few kills this way as well as lose a few.&amp;#160; It all evens out in the end.&amp;#160; You're not really at a disadvantage because at some point, you'll gain the upper hand the same way.&amp;#160; I've seen it over and over again ad nauseum.&amp;#160; One second, I'll be getting killed this way and the next second, on the same server, I'll be the one doing the killing.&amp;#160; &lt;br/&gt;

I have an almost identical build as you with a really solid RR internet connection and I have lag troubles.&amp;#160; The game plays great for the most part (smooth graphics, great framerates, etc.), but often I'll walk into a room and die almost instantly and then realize through the killcam that the guy shot me three times before I saw him.&amp;#160; So, I'll switch servers and my kill/death ratio goes up considerably because suddenly I'm the one with the advantage.&amp;#160; And ping rates don't mean much.&amp;#160; I'll only play on servers with &amp;lt;50ms ping times and will have problems on some servers and not others.&lt;br/&gt;

No, the real problem is not that one particular gun is overpowered.&amp;#160; In every game, there will be one "best" gun.&amp;#160; There's nothing any of us can do about that.&amp;#160; And&amp;#160; I'm OK with that.&amp;#160; I can do equally well against players using any weapon, depending on the lag.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; I don't think Treyarch should do anything with the balance of the weapons.&amp;#160; They really need to work on the lag.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ea458c15-4d67-4c40-8814-ffb64a4c04c9] --&gt;</description>

I run a GTX460 and it works very well.&amp;#160; The only issue is turning on Shader Warming as the guide suggests will cause the game to kick you on the larger maps and not having it turned on can cause stuttering for the first few seconds of any game.&amp;#160; But after 20 seconds or so, the games works great with 60fps consistently.&amp;#160; I just won't engage the enemy until 20 seconds have passed so I don't really notice that issue.&amp;#160; And I run it on Windows 7.&amp;#160; Windows XP is even better.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:95b9bf8c-f63c-420a-9176-e5e69fa1a32a] --&gt;</description>

Second Chance should go the way of the Dodo but not because it's useless but instead because it's unrealistic.&amp;#160; Just the fact that the dude is invulnerable for the time it takes him to hit the ground - all of which he can still shoot at you - makes no sense.&lt;br/&gt;

So, it's possible you're actually swapping weapons instead of reviving someone when you get close to someone in 2nd Chance and hit the "F" key.&lt;br/&gt;

I've never noticed the perk issue and I've picked up hundreds of weapons off the ground.&lt;br/&gt;

My biggest issue is that the latest patch they released screwed up my performance.&amp;#160; I spent many hours tweaking/testing to get my performance acceptable on my rig (Core i7, 8GB, GTX460) and ended up with a very playable 70fps consistently.&amp;#160; Then they released the latest patch and I couldn't even get into the game (Steam disconnect error) that I later found out was due to Shader Warming being turned on.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; For those that don't know, shader warming pre-caches all map shaders before the game starts to help fix stuttering issues when you visit a new area of the map for the first time.&amp;#160; It really made a big difference in performance but with the latest update, if shader warming is turned on, many people have reported Steam Connection errors on the larger maps because loading all shaders now takes a lot more time than it did before for some reason and causes your Steam connection to time out.&amp;#160; The solution is to turn off shader warming which works, but adds a significant amount of lag and stuttering.&amp;#160; I've never figured out how a company can release an update that obviously wasn't tested well enough and can cause other issues such as this.&amp;#160; This game performs poorly enough on Windows 7 anyway, and to have it even worse when updates are supposed to make it better is inexcusable.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
That being said, other issues abound.&amp;#160; 2nd chance is WAY overpowered.&amp;#160; Invulnerability, however brief, should not be part of any FPS.&amp;#160; Not to mention the kills I lose because I put someone in 2nd chance, and my teammate gets the last shot and the kill - that drives me nuts.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
For the most part, the weapons are well balanced.&amp;#160; The problem with the AK74U and the Famas is that they are way too accurate for their respective fire rate (which is too high for both anyway).&amp;#160; Heck, the AK74u and rapid fire is godly, but I can live with that as most of the people that use them are noobs anyway.&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;
I love how they did the killstreaks and how they don't stack like they did in previous games.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; With the exception of 2nd Chance, the other perks are fine.&amp;#160; I do miss Stopping Power, however.&amp;#160; I hate it when someone runs up to me and knifes me after I've shot them four times without them dying.&amp;#160; Stopping Power used to prevent that.&amp;#160; Along that same topic, knives are WAY overpowered.&amp;#160; Instakill with a knife is ridiculous but they've been part of the series for a long time so getting rid of them is probably out of the question.&lt;br/&gt;
