Im using an xbox and my gamertag is henniepj301 and it seems that my scores are allocated to rudsterr our clan name is Bash (B#) and our clan HQ is at https://elite.callofduty.com/connect/clan/view/2926924

Incorrect Score Allocations - MW3 and BOII

Good day,

I have noticed that the scores for the recent challenges on both MW3 and BOII are incorrect. Scores are being allocated to the incorrect people, and I know this as a fact seeing that we were only 2 people that played in the first challenge for BOII.

Me and my fellow clan member got 0 kills in the recent Core Team Deathmatch - Total kills challenge, yet other 2 of our clan members received 131 and 25 respectively. Those members do not even have Black Ops II. The same thing has happened with MW3, people that played scorred nothing, while others who has not touched an xbox scorred.

Strangely enough I have also noticed a message:

Because your clan did not have a premium member at the time of enlistment, your clan will not earn XP or a badge in this challenge.

Can someone shed some light on this subject? Is there anyone else that noticed this issue?

Lastly can this please be resolved?

Good day.

I have been trying since yesterday to enlist my clan in clan challenges but when I go to the 'Competisions' page, it just says

here are currently no upcoming or in progress Clan Challenges.

Worry not! Try checking back here a little later.

and to be honnest, I'm starting to get worried about this, ever since the redesign of Elite, everything seems to be messed up. My clan is losing out on points can someone please help?

Thanks phxs72, you see the problem was that they could not access my clan page via the links provided (Clan HQ). So when you mentioned that the new users have issues with the links I went back and copied the url from my clan page into the url address bar after logging in with his profile, and it worked.

A bit of hacking but it worked, thanks for your response

Adding clan members who registered on the 'revamped' ELITE

Hi people,

I have created a clan of about 8 members. We've been duking it out for about a month before the last changes to ELITE. Since then I've converted some of my pc loving friends to console (Xbox). We have now been trying to add them to the clan. The but when I try to add them throught the 'Manage Clan' option, I can't find them in my friends list, eventhough they are in my friendslist in Live.

The other method of searching for a player does bring back his name, but there is no option of adding him to the clan as shown in your support library.

I thought that he might not have activated his account yet, as when he clicks in the 'My HQ' or 'Clan HQ' links, it just returns him to the initial page.

So I tried to create a new account using another one of my email accounts and the same happens with this account.

Can someone shed some light on the subject?
