I can attest to this as well. One game over the weekend that I played I came into a match that had already started. I finished that game calling in 3 VSATs, EMPs, and SWARMs and our team stomped the other team by 100-30&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The very next match, with the same exact people lined up on the same team we got destroyed. The match was on Carrier and one player ran around with the Tac 45 destroying everyone. He was on and off the screen constantly popping up and ended up with over 70 kills. What I remember the most was how he always got 2 hit kills with his pistol but my FAL was taking 5 shots to bring him down.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hit detection, lag, weird ass glitches in the party and lobby where people are constantly getting kicked for no reason at all. I just wasn't aware that THAT many games were being illegally circulated. For Black Ops II I had the game in my console almost and hour after midnight. There were some serious issues at launch with the PS3 game and it caused nearly everyone to wait for a fix. However there were still tens of thousands of people who were way ahead of everyone in prestige. That's a lot of money Activision lost out on. My thought process is this: If that many people had the game early Activision would have done something about it. From what I'm aware of there was nothing done, therefore the games were distributed legally. Mostly big name players on YouTube or MLG. The problem with this is that these players are pretty one demisional in their styles and thus the game will never get fully tested in every way that it should. Because of this we see exploitations that slip through the cracks. Items in the game get used for purposes they were most likely never meant for. Most will not fulfill the role that they should and most think that the BETA is their soapbox to dictate how the game should play or what weapons are OP/UP.
