Probably thousands of reports today, they can't verify all of them I'm sure, players know they can get away with it so they will continue doing it....

All you can do is report them and move on, I have reported players that have continued to boost for months and are still playing, it is what it is.

I had the same problem a few times yesterday and this morning, 0 games available in HCDOM and HCKC, I'd wait it out and after a few minutes it would start searching.
