Black Ops 2 on my pc won't start

I recently bought the game. Installed it. Made an account with Steam. Started the game. Then nothing. It won't start. It says that a problem has occured, but I can't identify the problem because it is not specified what causes it not to start. Any insight to this problem will be greatly appreciated.

My specs are: Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-2350M CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

6.00 GB

64-bits OP

Case 1 (Already downloaded and installed patch v1.02)

1. Start the game

2. Go to MP

3. Find game

4. While finding game: try to edit emblem, but can't because it won't stop load.

5. Quit edit emblem

6. Enter a match

7. Host migration happens and afterwards it hard freezes on the loading screen

Case 2

1. Start the game

2. Go to MP

3. Find game = immediate hard freeze

I just bought and played Black Ops 2 when all of a sudden the game just FROZE! It just stopped. I had to turn off my PS3 and turn it on again. It worked this time, but then again it just froze. It happened so many that I got kicked out of games and eventually I got a probation that prevented me from playing online for a period of time, and it sucked.

Come on TroisArc, do something about this. Please!
