I've been able to join a game, but if I try to look at the lobby leaderboard, it kicks me out. In game seems to be working fine, as long as I can get into one. Took me a couple minutes to actually log into the online services, too. Activision is probably doing some sort of unscheduled maintenance. It would still be nice if they just sent us message as to what is going on...

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but does this not sound a lot like Battlefield? I personally like the arcade style of gameplay that MW has to offer. It's the reason I stopped playing SOCOM. MAps started getting too big(WAAAAAAAAAAY too big and it made the matches drag on FOREVER. And if you died and had to wait for the next turn....enjoy Facebook for awhile. And this sounds like a complete engine overhaul....

I will now start doing this at the beginnnign of every match I get tossed into. Kind of a PITA(which is why the prompt would be nice), but definitely better than getting a "free loss". Thank you.

I've done nothing but complain to my teammates about these features not being offered for awhile now, LOL! I'm hoping to gain some traction here with people who share the same sentiment. It'd be nice to not have to scramble to mute everyone, because 3 or 4 have obnoxiously loud music and to not catch a "free loss" after you and your teammates have rattled off 49 straight wins(and yes; that is what happened). I don't think the requests would be too far-fetched...

I'd like to see what people think about a few things I feel could help improve certain aspects of MW3 or an upcoming MW title.

First, pertaining to game lobbies. I would love to see a "Mute All" option, that would effectively mute either all that are in the game lobby or(preferrably) the same "Mute All" option that would mute everyone in the lobby, EXCEPT those that are currently in your party. I feel it would be very convenient and would love to see this in a future patch, if possible.

Second, pertaining to being "tossed" into a room that is almost over or one team is just getting CRUSHED(or both!). Years ago, in SOCOM: US Navy Seals, you were given a prompt stating that the game was already in progress and whether you'd like to join. This would significantly cut down on the amount of "free losses" one gets, which is quite frustrating to me and the people I play with. My idea would allow for you(with or without a party) to jump into a game lobby before you actually hit the weapons loadout screen(at this point, you're already committed). At this screen there could be a prompt at the top of the screen(maybe in yellow, or something) that would inform you that the game is already in progress. It could even go as far as to display a score, not telling you what side you'll end up on. Because I know for a fact that if it displayed a score of 5500-1900, for example, I would be inclined to find another game lobby.

I'm just looking for a little feedback, for now. I WOULD however, like to bounce these ideas off of the right people, at some point.
