Every time over the past week or so )after not playing for about 2 weeks before that) I try to go into online, and the game says "connecting to server..." for about 2 minutes, then says the servers are down. Meanwhile, all of my friends are able to play just fine. I'm also not able to find servers in the Blackops server browser, and haven't tried MW2 yet, but I can play all my other online games just fine. I have tried reinstalling fresh, validating files, etc. Help please?

You can't, that function is through COD Elite which isnt on PC yet

I'd like proof from somewhere other than some dude's blogspot about when the guns unlock :/ Like maybe actual gameplay footage, or word from IW. I don't trust some dude's blog thanks.

The pirate copy has been out for at least a week, but from what i've heard people who download it are being hunted down pretty aggressively. One guy on craigslist who downloaded it put up an add warning about it, cus the cops came to his door and said he could either give up his copy, or be fined like $5,000

Its not silly, its fun! I usually get there around 7-8, which in my area means im in the first 10 people in line, then can sit out, read a book, talk to other gamers, play some spec ops. Hell this year the gamestop i'm going to has food and a dj lined up for the launch event lol. Plus, not alot of kids can really go to midnight launches unless their mommy or daddy drives them, and come on what parent is gonan sit in a car for hours waiting for their kid to pick up a game.

Campaign, of course. Gotta kill Makarov, find Ghost, and chill out with my man Price!

Seriously though, as fun as multiplayer is, it will occupy 99% of my CoD time and i've bene playing so much mw2 over the past week or so that I need my campaign story!

Then survival with my friend so we can learn multiplayer maps

Then a small dip into the other Spec Ops challenges

Then never ending multiplayer

then campaign again when guides to the intel come out lol

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I want to run and gun, lone wolf style. Sometimes I want to play for objectives other than "kill everyone raaaawwwr!" Just depends on my mood.

99% of people who tube make up dumb excuses like this and would/will tube anyways even without hackers. Not flaming tubes, whatever its in the game use it if you want, I'm just sick of all the excuses

I've tried waiting for servers to show up, waited about 30 minutes once. I've changed all the filters, reset them back to normal, and stil cant see even a single server

I've seen posts in a few places that have the same problem as me, but as of right now the server browser does not populate the list. Same deal for online zombies. So fart he only thing i've been able to do is single player campaign and bot matches, is there any way to fix this? and before you ask no it isnt my firewall, could possibly be my anti-virus (using AVG)
