Why doesn't the graphic content option remove blood in multiplayer?

I'm wondering why it doesn't remove blood in multiplayer like it did in previous titles. It is also more difficult to enable unlike before where you could find the option under the options menu. I understand that there are people who would actually like to see more blood and gore but that doesn't make much of a difference. You don't have to enable the filter.

If you shoot them first then it'll be difficult for them to land shots on you. If they are far away then don't challenge. You can always make your own Type 95 class and even things out as well.

Just make your own classes with those weapons and you should be fine unless you are less skilled than the other player. Otherwise, you can give them a taste of their own weapons.

I don't understand your obsession with gore but I don't think its healthy. The game is fine as it is but they should have kept the option to remove blood like they did in previous games.
