Vengeful Ops (VOPS) is a fun mature gaming community for people over the age of 21 on PS3 and was formed by the creator of another successful clan.

Previously we recruited worlwide but the second generation of VOPS is concentrating mainly on EU gamers.

Your k/d is not important as we recruit casual and competitive members alike with the more competitive of us being in the Vengeful Ops Elite team.

We have regular scrimmages with other clans, internal competitions and fun nights. Some of our matches are videod and put on our youtube channel. We are also on Twitter and Facebook and have our own website at

While you are still whining, maybe you should ask the creators of this forum to create a separate section to cater for people who need to find out what's going on instead of attacking them.

The whole point of coming on a forum is to check to see if other people are experiencing the same issues. It's a good place to share your PS3/game problems so others don't think they are alone.

As for having a life, when you are a clan leader you need to be able to advise your team mates, update your forum etc so they can see what the hell is going on.

So, when you get on that plane, let's hope there is no internet where you are going and not return flight.

I have no idea how many times I have had to unplug my PS3 because this ******* game keeps freezng. Once again I am staring at a blank screen. Who is going to pay for a new PS3 when it finally decides it can't cope with any more crashes?

no it isn't, it's happening to me too, plus it gave me a strict nat last night (my router is already in a DMZ) AND when I turn my PS3 off it turns itself back on. My PS3 is NOT old and neither are my controllers.

Can't redeem my hardened edition code

Can't get in a game - connection error

Give me a strict Nat Type - YES I am already in a DMZ

Locked up my PS3

Controller gone tits-up and I can't run or do other stuff

When I turn off my PS3 it turns itself back on again

I have paid good money for BO2 and for what? To rant and rave and feel like smashing up my whole set-up?

WHY release a game that obvious isn't ready?

I have the same issue.

My PS3 is wired and my router is already in a DMZ. Black Ops 2 has given me a strict nat type.

Not only has it done this but I can't get a game or even redeem the code I got with the hardened edition I pre-ordered months ago.

I haven't been able to play BO2 since Tuesday night - it's now Thursday.

On top of that I can't redeem the code I got with my hardened edition or even track any stats on Elite.

While I love the game I detest the lag compensation idea. In theory we should all benefit, in reality, those of us with good connection suffer badly. I am sick and tired of paying out good money for my internet only to be penalised for it by those with shitty internet sapping mine

At least Black Ops was honest - you could usually see the lag, in MW3 it's hidden and only noticed when you go watch that killcam. How many times have you put a whole clip into someone for them to turn around and kill you with one bullet? How many times have you watched the killcam to see you haven't even started shooting?

It's not going to be fixed at this stage and I doubted it ever would. We aren't going to see a real improvement until cloud gaming appears with PS4 and no matter what the cost, I will be using it.
