I got this game at midnight launch on pre-order, mostly so I could get the X2 XP first weekend in, due to playing local I lost over 20 hours of played time at double xp this took &lt;strong style="color: #333333;"&gt;OVER A MONTH&lt;/strong&gt; to&amp;#160; hear back on, and all I was told was a load of crap about it being my fault as my ports needed to be forwarded, that was a load of crap as my PS3 is in DMZ mode etc, Now looking back I now know this was the LOCAL play glitch but the game was knew then and this information wasn't common knowledge (it till isn't) a few weeks back I get hit by this glitch again (at the time I didn't know about it until i started searching on here about it).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This time I didn't lose levels etc but I lost my custom class slots and permanent unlocks (like many others have) since I raised this ticket a few weeks back I have prestiged a further 2 times and each time I did not recieved my slots or unlock tokens meaning that I cant go forward with the game and never get to use some of my favourite items in the game which are unlocked later in the game i.e AN-94 etc. Stats all messed up calling cards unlocked for items I have never used says i have never called ina&amp;#160; killstreak of any kind etc.. all this is minor stuff i just want the unlock tokens and custom class slots!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have called the the call centre numerous times, left many posts and private messages here and all you get is the same crap back please be patient and wa can't promise anything! in total i have waited over 6 weeks for issues with this game that are all bugs in your game!! nothing wrong I did myself! Still now you do not warn people about the known local play bug this just means more and more people turn up here everyday with there game ruined! this is also making yourselves more work with more accounts to fix! most annoyingly I see people that raised tickets after me with there same issues sorted?? why the **** is this???&lt;span style="color: #000000;"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;6 bloody weeks of hearing nothing from you robbing bunch of pikeys!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; how about giving us a little soemthing back for buying your bug ridden product!!!
