I opened a case, CLEARLY indicating that my stats were corrupted on 1/21/13.

I filled out the 'Profile restore' form on 2/7/13, and they restored my profile to a point in time AFTER

my profile became corrupted (CLEARLY INDICATED AS 1/21/13), essentially restoring another corrupt profile. Slow to respond, fixes dont fix anything thus far. Acivision, please stop hyping the new DLC until you resolve this widespead issue. After enduring this BS, I like your 30 year old Atari games better.

I had the same thing happen to me around the same time (around 10PM central on 01/21/2013). My three permanent unlock tokens are there (I am prestige 4, level 28), but none of my standard unlock tokens are avalable. Due to this, I cannot unlock weapons, Scorestreaks, lethal or tactical items, nor perks because they are reset to available, but would cost a token, of which I have none after the 'server stat reset'. My stats are also impossible - (exponential values on kills/headshots, an additional token, of which I have NONE I even have a 500% accuracy rate with one of my weapons. The online stats profile must be corrupted. I will be contacting and informing Activision as to this issue.
