no the disc is fine. i only have problems with the DLC maps only

everytime i try to play in the elite playlist it times out after taking like 5 minutes to load 50% on every single DLC map (even in regular rotation). i have tried downloading them over and over and ive reset my cache a few times also.nothing seems to work, but when i host a private lobby it will take about 8 mins but i can actually play the map but not online multiplayer. spec ops maps work though. any help is appreciated.

im in canada. i have tried every playlist. i can join the playlist and when an original map is selected, i can play but everytimeone of the DLC maps gets selected i timeout when it tries to load the map

everytime i go into the DLC playlist to play the DLC maps it will search and find a match and when ther game goes to load a DLC map it times out during the loading proccess
