hi everyone

i was missing for while, moved from LA to Houston,TX, 6hrs before Houston, our rental truck flipped, all our things gone, but what s funny Xbox survived O_o
long story short got broken arm, titanium rod in arm, wife got concussion, but hell we re alive..oh and all games gone also lol
but what s funny i am able to borrow MW3 disc here, so i kinda end up playing it a lot recently

speedtest net now says something about 30download, 5 mb upload, it s comcast

well games are fine, when matchmaking is good, if there s european or other players outside of US in lobby, game s getting really weird

main problem here is that players outside of US arent motivated to leave lobby, i hope this will be somehow fixed in new Ghosts

because without them, games are really smooth and great

i leveled up some weapons to gold so i want share this>

i quite dont understand underbarrel shotgun attachment, i only use it when i need weapon xp and it s really painfull, and i never see anyone having this attachment in game ever

same goes for HYBRID sights, i am missing point why i should use this att. and what s so great about it

RIOT shield, i have hard time with this thing, shield somehow have "ability" to walk through walls, so when i am somewhere camping near wall, shield can be visible on other side of solid wall, what s really strange, and even more, i can get killed because of that

another thing or glitch, i dont understand why my soldier is standing with riot shield in such a weird position that his butt is exposed and all it take to kill me, is just to aim, little to right side and shoot and bullets somehow will find their way

another thing, getting killed by melee attack while i am protected by shield, can be lag issue i dont know, it s very annoying

same thing goes for shooting on my legs, or just to lower left side of shield, and bulllets magically passing shield

PISTOLS very hard to use without akimbo imho, especially Desert Eagle is weirdest, i am very suprised by accuracy of MP412 or what s name of short magnum revolvers
i am missing point of Tactical knife att. for pistols ,seems really useless to me

i want also mention this weird situation in underground passage (forgot name of the map, it s that train station one) i had extended mags FiveSeven and in distance there was guy with i think AA12 or USAS, and i lost that gunfight, which was weird, so my question is if u guys actually tested shotguns vs pistols etc

my suggestion for Ghosts is to remove Quickscoping, because imho it s sci fi and doesnt have anything with shooting from guns, and it s making secondary weapon for sniper obsolete

i also have question about MP7 i lost gunfight with Dragunov against this SMG on Terminal map, and i wonder if this MP7 accuracy for long distance is normal

i also wonder if u guys have plans for really ugly iron sights for M60 lmg, or G36c, to change them in Ghosts, it s consuming 1 attachment for Red dot or other sights

i have question also about Dragunov One shot, one kill thingy, because it seems to me i need at least 2 hits to kill somebody

my last question is about "bad' accolades, i tried to go one match 2-50 just to get accolade about suicides or longest deathstreak, but i didnt get any O_o

are those accolades working?

oops i forget is Kick+Grip on LMGs glitch or it s working properly?

i heard that u guys are making brand new engine for Ghosts , so i wish u all the best

something for fun, i dunno let s say for example 3rd person mode with extra health with limited choice of weapons like MITD, something with extreme recoil hihi

even shotguns and pistols only game mode sounds fun

btw i want to thank to IW for balancing this game compared to MW2, that we dont see things like Danger Close, Marathon or One Man Army in MW3, now i m trying to play MW2 multiplayer a lot i can see how these and other things can ruin gameplay there. so i want to say with long delay, thanks for those balance changes!

but i think there have to be somethign wrong in general
because no matter how u look at it or what u will blame (lag comp., buffer bloat, quality of connection, Xbox MS matchmaking, lagswitchers, splitscreeners, aliens, Obama etc.), there s something very weird meeting players from Russia, Japan, UK, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Colombia etc when u re playing in California and people who shouldnt be in lobby based on location, arent motivated to leave game, but they re motivated to stay and even get benefits from it
i noticed this in MW3 and also in BF3, where u can find 300 and higher ping european players on US servers going 50-1 and more because of client side based hit detection

also consoles have ancient hardware, so i hope we will see some improvement with new Xbox and PS, heck new PS have better HW than my PC! O_o

there re no games in elite for mercenary XBOX
that means there re not even 10 players or so worldwide wanting play mercenary? O_o
btw i heard somebody saying here that MW2 was great or something, well i just tried it and same story as here, 2bar laglords there owning.. so .. ehm

so far to be best player in L.A.,CA u have to be from UK, Japan, Germany or Mexico and have 2 bar, i was looking for BO2 lag compensation and found that some people thinks that cod l.c. is designed for welfare internet connections... well

i appreciate all of IW s work and time on this game, but i just cant deal with 3 bar laggers bragging about +600 or more moabs on their gametag and thinking how cool they re, while when u meet them ingame they re at least 1 second ahead of everyone.
i also cant deal with matchmaking putting together people from Canada, Europe and California together in 1 lobby, but this should be adresssed to Microsoft, who doesnt even pretend like they care about it, even we have to pay for xbox live...
from all things i saw from release of MW3 till now, i have to think that lag compensation is tuned for majority of players, which coudlnt even afford basic internet connection, and that s it and nobody will ever do anything about it. sad but true. so far this is my last FPS game, and if this crap will continue i am done with FPS games, there s no fun in playing something what doesnt have equal rules for every player. i really wonder where this series will end, when good hosts will leave and all u will got for hosting a game, will be some unstable crappy connection. wanna see that day come

so i tried MW3 after months and months...
well i didnt notice any patch for download, i know BO2 is out, i didnt buy it
and so far reading BO2 forums about lag compensation problems i am not planning to buy it
back to MW3, laggers still have some weird advantage, California is being matched with United Kingdom... hm
i guess it s now trend in all FPS to be put connection "standard" very low, i notice same things in Battlefield 3, which has slighty better lag compensation parameters.
well at least we survived year 2012, and no aliens landed or what right?

i found this information about Black Ops2 can anyone confirm it?

"When playing the game online, the minimum speed of your network should be 128kbps. The ideal network speed for playing the game online is 768kbps.

i just want to say this i didnt buy BO2 (still waiting for some "miracle" change in lag compensation- then i will buy it), and i am horrified after i found out that even BF3 have same nonsense console netcode giving advantage to laggers, even on dedicated servers and on PC (it s not bad as in MW3, but still..).
i am personally sad when i see Robert Downey Jr in BO2 adds.. i mean i dont get it, so much money goes for promotion of game, while parameters of lag compensation cant be fixed in years?!
i just hope that companies making good FPS games, will stop one day and think again about this lag compensation and things around it
because this is not working, and it needs to be really balanced, and i believe that we got really smart people, who can really do smart netcode and games will be fun again.
I pray for that!

question for everyone-should i buy BO2 or not? saw some articles here on this forum but in BO2 section and it looks like lag comp. is back
if so, for PC or XBox?
i found myself lately enjoying Battlefield 3 TDM on PC, even with 64 ppls and just 50fps game s awesome, wish that LMGs can be done here in MW3 like it s there, BIPOD for LMGs is awesome thing, also the option to have 3 attachments on single gun.

so Ghandi machine pistols akimbos are nerfed?
i mean when i think of it in real life, having two guns like that in my hands and burst shooting from them, that would be hell of a recoil, right?
same goes for Type95, while AK47 feels weird, didnt get what s the point of FAD either, horrible sights and just big clip but that s it O_o

so i spent some time reading BO2 xbox forum, well.. lag compensation problems are exactly same as here, quickscoping it s even more easier to do,SMGs are OP, that s what i got from reading like 3 topics O_o

anyway back to MW3, i was thinking would it be possible to make some mode just for fun, like both teams just controlling assault drones and recon drones,remote sentries etc.

i really dont know what s the problem here if matchmaking, if lag compensation..

but MITD game mode, somehow is now heaven for 3 bar with juggernauts, having free moabs.
i think Juggernaut in MITD shouldnt gain any perks and shouldnt even have Scavenger perk so people will actually play objective, and not just hide and camp kills for moabs, and then in sudden death they will just use their Moab.

i mean 50-0 score? >.<

yeah u might be right Fox, it s just sometimes R.shield behave like it s not there or part of ur body somehow cross throught shield texture and u can be hit there or something
