Played a game of Dom on raid. Pub lobby core nothing special.

Opponents were a NZ clan who were experienced a well organized. We were soundly whipped but my side all stayed the course regardless. Their clan leader sent a genuine note of thanks to us for staying in. (S)he noted that it is difficult for randoms to match a practiced claim and appreciated our effort.

I thought this was rather sporting and was pleased our side stuck it out. Restores my faith.

Can't provide any answers unfortunately, other than to agree that the last 4-6 weeks has been very patchy. I do notice a lot of "new" players in my lobbies. Lots and lots of Kiwis who for us Aussies are notoriously laggy. We are probably the same for them.

I would love to play all Aussie lobbies there are more than enough players our here, and let the Kiwis play folk in their own country. This could improve the quality of games for Aussies at least.

I"ll wager that there aren't enough Kiwis playing CoD which is why they get "imposed" on us.

Wow, re-reading my post sounds a little isolationist, but hey, it's what you gotta do to get a good game.

Either way your post encourages behaviour that if adopted on mass is game breaking.

Heres a polite request, how about you stop playing this way and delete the contents of your post. I'm sUre the mods will do the latter if you don't.

Old mate I will always listen anything you have to say. Have been for years. One thing is certain you always put effort into working matters through and putting a forthright POV. Which I love PM away old champion or post for the bros n sistas as you see fit.

Nub and deamon,

Gentlemen both.....just a quick note of thanks from old gallp who is enjoying a red and lurking. Damned fine and civil-esque (is that a word?) exchange chaps. Old gallp is learning lots and benefiting from the good oil in this exchange.

If we three were in a pub old gallp would just shut up listen and buy the drinks.

Would you like to learn how to get the turning benefits of 14 but with the aim accuracy of 6-7 that you are able to manager currently?

And old gallp notes, vrruumm is on 14 and is a competent QSer. Seems like it is possible to aim at distance on 14.
