Idea on Zombie Ranking / Hidden Perks system?

Well this is probably incorrect, but I feel like it fits very well.

Alright well basically I belive the system works by taking in various factors based on your stats along with total games played and the time the game has been out.

Alright so let's try to break down some simple statistics that could actually work quite well. Unfortunately I can't test any of this and it's merely assumed ideas. Maybe someone can generate values to test this.

(MULTIPLIERS BELOW)

Your KD ratio or kills vs deaths.

Your ACCURACY ratio or hits vs misses.

Your HEADSHOT ACCURACY or kills vs headshots.

(ADDITIVES BELOW)

Then the Revives are a postive factor. (1X).

Then the Doors Purchased are a postive factor. (1X).

Then the Perks Dranked are a postive factor. (1X).

Then the Gibs are a postivie factors. (0.050X).

Then the Downs are a negative factor. (4X).

I'm not too sure about games played, but I believe these have something to with how your hidden perks work and weather you keep them the next game or not. For example I played a game and had my purple 2x revive. The next game it was gone, but I did a little bit of reviving. The following game it was back. Now I did some testing and even though I had 100 revives I also had 100 downs. No revive perk was granted the next game. This leads me to believe is works as a percentage of your revives to your downs. You'll only need a certain amount in a given game to have it that game, but to maintain it in all games you must keep a certain % ratio at the end of every game or you will lose it. I assume this is valid for all the perks.

So alright the first 3 options are multipliers which means they are small values that make big values. The other's are big values that just stay big values. So let's say our KD is like 17,000 kills and 500 downs. That's a 34.0KD. Now let's say our Accuracy is 0.75. Then let's say our HEADSHOT accuracy is 0.25. Well 34.0 x 0.75 x 0.25 = 6.375 so our overall multiplier is 6.375. Now we add up the other factors. Let's say 500 revives, downs, perks dranked, and doors bought. Then we have 20,000 gibs. So our positives are 1000 + 500 + 500 + 500 = 2500 and our negatives are 2000 which results in 500. We then devide this by the amount of days the game has been out. Let's say 21 since I don't feel like looking it up. So 500 / 21 = 23.809. Now we multiple this by our multipliers and are left with. 151.78.

Then let's say something like the below. So our player above would be "Skull + 1 Strike". As time goes on his rank will begin lowering if his stats can't provide a reasonable average to keep him placed there. This explains why some people lower, but not everyone because their averages are too close to the previous ranks. This also explains why people are stuck at certain ranks it becomes increasionally harder to arrive at the next rank and if you aren't playing cosntantly better then before you'll never get to knife or shotgun. Most people will find theirselves at the skull with n amount of strikes. Very few will remain at the bones and only the zombie players who are constantly playing will find themselves with knives or shotguns.

element * 50 + (strike * 5).

1 Bone = 0

2 Bone = 1

Skull = 3

Skull + Knife = 6

Skill + Shotgun = 10

I'd like to say none of these numbers were tested. I simple provided an example of how one might utilize these factors. Obviously the days the game is out can't be that significant or people would have to be getting better by a certain amount of everyday to keep their ranks and overtime this would prove impossible. As mentioned previosuly I believe games played has corrolations with the hidden perks and if you maintain them the next games you play or not.

Post your thoughts. If you believe the idea is wrong. Then please post why with something to back it up. Since this seems to be very accurate in the sense of how my friends levels are reacting to the games we play.

I wouldn't care much, but it can be a problem on Tranzit.

Some additional problems I'd like to point out. I haven't tried to make any of this happen it just came as I played.

[Multiplayer]

1. Joining session fails quite often even if the player is in a joinable state that's unchanged.

2. Player emblems take minutes to update and sometimes will only update when you've completed a game.

3. While waiting in a lobby you'll constantly be disconnected and your party is dispersed.

4. Backing out with party fails to reconnect a lot.

5. Firing a crossbow in SnD before the explosive timer begins results in an ongoing bolt that never explodes and continues to beep.

6. When returning to the player lobby it shows the old players in your party.

7. Mic / Party icons don't fully load for awhile.

8. Contantly get disconnected from party and everyone is placed in their own seperate lobbies.

9. Back out of a almost loaded lobby, but 5 seconds later are placed right into that game.

10. Sometimes I get disconnected from a lobby and end up in an empty 18 player lobby that never finds players.

11. Extended mags seem to reduce the recoil on guns. It's quite dumb how every CoD has an issue with these.

12. Modded Controllers can be put on rapid fired to get rid of all recoil on pretty much any gun. I have friends you have tested this.

13. I miss people when knifing, but somehow knife them.

14. I hit someone while knifing, but it never renders as a hit.

15. Knife somebody dead on and lunge right through them.

16. Empty a huge amount of bullets into someone from behind they turn around kill me. In kill cam I never shot once or only a couple shots. I have 5MB upload 15MB download internet and live in a decent area for internet. This is not my internet connections it's the really shitty lag compensation. This goes for the above knife situations as well.

17. Games don't always fully record same issue as in zombie, but not sure why it happens in here probably same reason.

18. Shooting someone till they are red and they are facing backwards. Host Migration. Game restarts they are facing you. They kill you. Player's shouldn't heal after host Migration.

19. Host Migration makes all equipment/killstreaks fail to perform any damage.

20. After Host Migration the game is still black screen, but some players completed loading and end up killing you.

[Zombies]

1. When the bus is moving and the zombies push you at the bus the bus will run you over and stuff you under the map.

2. When you go to the doors, windows, etc.. they aren't loaded yet and still provide the "Press (X)" Feature.

3. Press (X) for guns on walls doesn't load for like 5 seconds so you can't buy ammo for quite some time.

4. On the bus when leaving the depot and going to the diner if you stand on the left side when it comes to the metal pole sticking out that you need to jump over. You can get yourself stuck in there and are invicibile unless the zombie was just holding me up. I'm not too sure.

5. When standing over the entrance to the bus from the roof if a zombie jumps up it throws you like 5 feet in air and you hit a death barrier, but are only downed. I call it a death barrier since you hear the laughing like on the old Zombie maps.

6. If you fall off the bus at the depot and end up in the lava pit and are ran over. You can't be revived.

7. The zombies sometimes won't move when the round begins the wait time is always different it seems, but one time I could walk all around them and they never moved once.

8. There needs to be a better way to know if you have the perm perks. Like how PRO perks worked on the old Call of Duty's. You should have a pro perk of each perk that can become permenant.

9. Why when somone leaves the game do other players lose their NAV cards.

10. Why does pressing X when you are down make a red button appear on the NAV cards.

11. Why doesn't everyone see the same amount of NAV cards.

12. When people go down/revived/new round the amount of NAV cards change for people.

13. Certain areas of corn fields are semi invicible. The creatures that spawn just stand still and the zombies inch over extremely slowly while rapidly swinging their hands.

14. When you jump in a teleporter right as the fog creatures land on your head you can make them create a new portal at the next location.

15. The ways to make your gun go away are still not patched.

16. There is still glitches with the box that prevent you from using it unless you are at the very edge.

17. Why when the fog creatures make noise do you stop reviving even though they don't land on your head for another 3-5 seconds.

18. You can get your team mates kicked off the bus buy crouching in the back and shooting the bus driver. Everyone near the front is kicked off while the players in the back stay on.

19. Spectating people on the bus shows them standing really far outside the bus.

20. Game freezes sometimes when too many graphics on the screen happen.

21. Game Recording never records the full game play. I believe this has something to do with players leaving / joining. Mainly because it's not a fixed amount it stops at. It's always different and usually around those time periods.

22. Turbine sometimes is floating in the air and slanted.

Re: Care package edition is a RIP OFF! NO season pass!

Neither of the higher versions came with the season pass.

$80 for Hardened Edition.

$60 for Regular Edition.

If you buy Regular + Season pass you get the only worthwhile features at the price of 110 + tax.

If you buy the Hardened you can numerous features without needing to buy the season pass, but buying it means these features were a waste of $20.

They really should make it only 2400 MS points if you purchased the hardened edition. Which equates to $30 which is $20 off for the specials deals at the current moments.

If you aren't understanding what I mean. The hardened came with Nuketown Zombies, but you could recieve this buy purchasing the season pass. The only feature the Hardened Addition really gives would be the special title and camo that doesn't really look that great.

The prestige is even worse you basically get the hardened edition + small toolbox w/ a helicopter toy in it. So you essentially paid $100 for those items. I'd only recommend it. If you never plan to open it since then it could be worth a lot in a few years, but I'm willing to bet you opened yours.

[QUOTE=""]

The pass isn't required to gain DLC, nor will you get DLC earlier than others on your platform.

The season pass is a cheaper way to purchase all the maps. If you're planning to buy them all. They let people get content early on MW3 and I don't believe they mentioned anything against that for Black Ops 2.

You are put on probation for leaving a league game to early. We were both playing Core Kill Confirmed. So why did this message appear?

Please fix this god awful game.
Probation useless update?

Alright, the idea is nice in all, but there is far to many problems with it. Not only that, but why would they waist their time on such an update when their are far more important things. My friend was given some warning saying if he leaves any further games he will be put on probation. We played a game when it ended we left that lobby and he was then put on 5 minute probation.

Beside's the above here's why I think this update is rather useless and needs tweaking bofore it can be utilized correctly.

(I HAVE XBOX SO THIS IS USING THOSE KEYWORDS).

This is caused when your account loses connection to the game unexpectedly. Which means if you unplug your console, go to the dashboard, your power get's cut out, your connection is awful and you are disconnected, or you lose connection to Xbox Live. You will be put on probation since the game believes you left to get out of your game. Now 2 of those 5 reasons are your own fault, but 3 of them are out of your control.

Now that's not my only issue. I understand that people rage when they aren't doing that great. However there's usually key reasons why people would leave a game.

-The enemy team is much better than them.

-You are doing really good, but then start dying 5+ times and are angry about that.

-The enemy team is staying in a location all together and you're unable to get to them.

-Enemy team doesn't do the objectives and instead only goes for kills when you want to do the objectives.

-The enemy team are staying in various locations so your team always spawns in 1 area. Which results in area locking.

-The enemy team locks your players into a desinatated spawn which results in spawn killing.

-Large portion of the enemy team are "Head-Glitching", which means you can only see the tops of their heads, but they can shoot no problems.

-You kill someone they spawn behind you and kill you multiple times.

-The game has insane amounts of lagging. Making it unplayable or undesirable to play.

-You join into a game with the enemy team having insane amounts of scorestreaks. Resulting in a large # of deaths.

-You join into a game that's nearly ready to end and their is no way you can come back.

Some of the reasons are obvious the player just isn't having a good day or met with a team much better than them, but I've also listed a few other issues that aren't the players fault, but as you can see their is so many problems which are geared in the reason why people leave games.

I don't believe a normal backout causes this only disconnections unexpectedly, but you should also see that when you've racked up a large amount of deaths over these issues many people get very angry and will dashboard or press the power buttons, but as previously mentioned there are more reasons you could be disconnected unexpectly so it's really hard to say if the person is at fault.

---- Oh and while I'm at it... ----

Fix the zombies door. When two players open both doors of a building within 3 seconds of each other. The doors are purchased twice resulting it the barriers not being removed. So you can no longer get inside this building. This can be performed easily and on any building. I haven't tested 2 players purchasing the same door yet.

Now it can be broken down but a simple interface with the following as previously mentioned

Enlisted events in like gray , Highlights red, currently running green , todays events in blue.

Then if you click (X) on that event it'll request current stats for events and only ongoing events can be clicked on. If you click (A) on that event it'll show the in-depth description on that event such as full duration , begin date , end date, game modes allowed, and what the event is. This would be an easy to access interface just like the (Y) Friends. I see nothing wrong with this.

Well to be honest not everyone is going to constantly visit the elite website let alone check ongoing operations, challenges, etc..

I think a great feature would be that when the clan leader enlists in an event, challenge, operation, etc.. That all clan members will see this in-game rather then checking the elite app or website.

How it could work is where you see the (Y) Friends tab or what ever it would be for othe consoles. There would be like another button like (X) not sure what's already taken. This button could be flashing if there is unread messages.

The messages would be a simple list very similar to how the highscores works in a row type of setup

An unread message would basically be an unviewed message similar to how the weapons etc.. work when you unlock them you see the [NEW] in green.

pending messages would be considered read upon opening the screen.

The messages would display Type [ Challenge, Event, Operation] , Date/Time Start or Date/Time Remaining , Objective Name then you can press a for a more details display of information such as the below:

Objective Name:

How To Earn:

Game Modes Allowed:

When an operation starts the users previosuly read messages would be considered unread and a popup would appear the next time they are in a main lobby or load the game this would be a 1 time popup explaining to them that a clan etc.. is currently running for X amount of time. This popup could be disabled in the options field if it becomes an a problem for some people.

Another addition i'd like to see not that this is really a big deal but let's say a clan challenge starts in 2 months. I enlist now. From now until that day i get 20 new members. NONE of these members will be allowed to perform that clan challenge they must join prior to enlisting rather then prior to the the challenge starting. This doesn't make much sense as to why this work and seems like more workload since each challenge will have a different list of allowed players rather then a single list of cclan members and just ignoring input of members who joined after X date/time.
