BO2 level 36 XBOX clan looking for players!!

I"m looking to fill my ranks with players that want to participate in clan challenges and operations. I would love to find moregamers that play goal based game modes (Headquarters,domination,CTF), So if you don't suck want to play with a team, at least 18 years old and don't cheat hit me up!

It'sOnlyAGame! Clan is looking for mature gamers that like to play as a team, we play as a team and communicate. We play in all Clan challenges and operations. We don't **** talk (too much) we don't cheat,hack,glitch or use modded controllers! We like to play the game and have fun, because after all it's only a game! So if you're not a cheater or a racist, if you have a decent K/D and if your at least 18 years old look us up. I look forward to beefing up our ranks with some good people. I would prefer (not mandatory) that you have a facebook acct. so we can all keep in touch! DO NOT JOIN IF YOU HAVE NO PLANS ON PLAYING IN CLAN OPS/CHALLENGES!!.....We are looking for people who play Black Ops 2! I don't need anymore MW3 players. YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD!!!!!......WE ARE AN XBOX CLAN....

I need help with how league play works, I have a clan if say 6 of us go in and play one day and then the same 6 can't get on the next day can we fill the spot with someone else? If so how does the clan rankings in league work?
