Cheaters and Ways to Stop Them

Hey everyone. I have been playing FPS shooters since 1997. I have been ranked top 10 in several games. One was a FPS game, Americas Army. I did this without cheating and/or modifying my settings to benefit myself in the game (aimpoint speed discluded). I hate to share this info but the last time I shared info there was a huge immediate change in the game, maybe it will again. If you see someone that looks shady, or is possibly using aimbot or hacking, then follow these steps; Mute them, wait a round to see if they still seem shady. If they still seem shady, report them. If they still look like they are full of it then, "Hit your PS button, go to players met, find the name, block them" I tend to report them after blocking them because it seems to cut the ties to you and it works sometimes. It sounds crazy but it works for me consistantly. I can't wait to hear the hackers or "cheaters" repond to this.

Did you see a cheater tonight? Post their name here. Tonight, like every night I saw a handful of hackers. Aimbotters, boosters, exploiters and other (lag compensation exploiters and such). Don't bash them, just put their name in and say what they did. MYSELF tonight I played against a "duo" team who were boosting. One was an aimbot and the other didn't seem to be running it. I was #1 for around 9 rounds. These two showed up and they started boosting to get moab. They won 2 rounds and I told them "reported". They froze and sucked the 3 rounds after that. Which was consistant with their profiles. I was glad informing they were reported worked and they turned it off. Later I had ANOTHER duo show up. They didn't have matching clan names but again, a booster duo. The win replay showed them two boosting over a flare, getting MOAB. After telling them they were reported they said, "So what". I wondered why they so busted and didn't care. After that round they had a locked focus on me, both of them. Every kill cam I watched their gun whipped around to the "you", which is me. They would follow the, "you" and spinny spinny head shot me. One had spinny issues once and kept spinning like crazy. (Spinning is the easiest way to spot an aimbot hacker). They both had a way of stalking me. If I layed in a far corner, they would come and find me. If I ran, they would find me. I just broke the 10k mark in FFA and have a 1.20 K/D ratio, yet it is getting better fast. I've been world ranked top ten in several games. These guys were obviously hacking and got away with it. I couldn't turn the cam on during the gaming process because it isnt an option. In fact....one of them is in a "top clan".....DATSRIGHTIMBEAST is in the #7 clan inCK. i-_MACKK was his partner and isn't in the same clan. I hope they get busted. I love competition, but I hate sissy hackers.

Lots of people talked about washing their hands. I wonder if it helps with thumb grip, gonna try it.

The kids are in bed. It's been a hard day. IT'S TIME TO SHOOT SOME PEOPLE! I center my recliner dead even with the TV. Plug in my headphones. I pull up my kids easle to have a place for my "choice" beverage. I take a dry erase marker and do something....I'm not sure is ok to do...so I won't mention that. I put my glasses on because my contacts won't support the rapid eye movement I have when gaming. I reboot my modem to make sure it's not buggy. I join a server and mute anyone talking (although I love to hear people talk about how I am B. S., I want to hear footsteps more). This seems crazy but when I played Americas Army my ritual was much more. Including using furniture polish on the surface before using my mouse, it makes for a faster reaction time. I even put a winter cap over my headphones to keep them tight and loud. WHAT IS YOUR RITUAL HERE?

I shot 2.0 95% of the night tonight. Every round I was a 2.0 and only got first or second place, mostly first. A person showed up earlier and I started lagging "all of a sudden". My FR dropped to 1.0 and I got second place, he/she had something like a 3.0. This person left and my FR went right back to a 2.0, consistantly. Another person showed up and my FR dropped again to BELOW a 1.0, yet I was consistantly #2. In fact at one point tonight I felt guilty. I joined a server and I was running 2 bar ping. No one could touch me, no one. They were shooting but I could simply walk around them and shoot them in the back. I averaged a 2.5 or so at that point..................Lag Compensation is idiotic. And Lag Compensation+Auto Aim hurts anyone that isn't the "valued player". When I'm not the "valued player" which is often, my Auto Aim is trying to help me. Yet it thinks the enemy is somewhere it isn't and actually hurts performance.

I Am The #1 FFA Player

But I have been gaming for ages and been playing FPS's since 1997. I have been top ranked in lots of games. I get beat some and hate it, but work hard to beat them. But I have never been beat on FFA in terms that I think I should work harder to play better. Every single time I've been CONSISTANTLY beat by someone there is huge lag. Sometimes I even predict the lag and use sound to prefire but strange enough I start slowing down, get laggy, then the sound starts getting quiet. I get shot because it doesn't affect him/her. I typically see people better shots than me in other games and either respect them or hate them. No one has ever consistanly killed me long enough for me to respect or hate them. I have only lost to lag consistantly.......................................Fix the game
