I never thought I'd see the day when I preferred playing Halo 3 over WaW XD

But niiice. I hated shotguns, I preferred whoring the MP40 to annoy the little 10 year olds, although in the last month of playing WaW I only used Thompson, Kar98k and SVT-40, and did pretty well. Been playing CoD4, preparing for MW2

I view all game modes as TDM, except Domination. Dom's the only game mode I go for flags. It's why I only really do TDM and Domination now. I do War with friends, but it's basically TDM which lasts longer and gives less XP.

I love the M1 on Battlefield 1943, but yeah I actually like it on WaW too. But tbh, I've given up on complaining about unrealism in WaW, it's never going to be realistic. Tanks were not that slow in WW2, the MP40?!, PTRS could not be carried around by one man etc etc.

Battlefield 1943 is so much more fun to play online, but I'm gonna keep playing so I can get to 10th prestige, lol.

If you have a PS3 already I don't see any point in buying a 360, as the online experience is pretty much the same. The only advantage the 360 has is it's so much easier to talk to friends because of party chat. But I'm not familiar with a PS3, so I'm not sure.

Turtle Beach Volume Control?

So yeah, I've been using my Turtle Beach X1s for a while now, and I recently started playing Xbox in HD. I could always play WaW with the volume up loud, but no one else could hear it in my house so I could play into the night. However now, the only way I can find of getting my TBs to play louder, is to turn the volume on my TV up, which sort of defeats the object of having a TB headset. So can anyone tell me where the volume control is or how to get it louder?

(I've got the speech setting to loudest on the thing you plug into the controller, and I've got the thing on the wire on the TB to the loudest, too.)

If I turn my TV volume to the lowest possible, I can still hear but it's so quiet.

Playing in HD with a Turtle Beach

So I've been using my Turtle Beach X1s for a while now, and I recently found out that I could play my Xbox in HD on my HD Ready TV. Sooo I unplugged the cable which has the coloured wires on it (Red, White & Yellow and Blue, Green & Red). To plug in a HDMI cable. So yeah, it's great I can now play in HD. BUT - my Turtle Beach won't work. I'm just a bit confused by this. Is there a special way I need to have the wires set up on my TB for it to work with HD?

Back when I did CoD4 promod, got a few deagles across map. Then I discovered 360 and jizzed all over my computer so now I can't play promod anymore sadface.

You should also learn when to put everything into one post, lol.

But campers (that's what we call the little b*stards) are easy to take down. A well placed grenade will send 'em packing. However, if you can't get them with a grenade, or they're the smart ones who use Flak Jacket, you could always just avoid them completely, try and get an Artillery and blow the sh*te out of them
