I like using a sniper and is the only build i "camp" with. I get a few kills and move to a new location. So i'm wondering if this is considered camping or not?

I have seen alot of people say they didnt get moab when they reached the kill level. Every MOAB i have seen people get they are using specialist package. So is it possible to get it with the other strike packages?

I seen a video about moab didnt believe it, So I split screened a private match and tried it out. Couldnt believe it. So now im going to try to actually get one in hardcore tdm!!!
