How bad is hacking now?

So I stopped playing when my wii broke, but now I'm getting a new one, I wanna know whether it's worth playing this game again. I've heard some pretty bad things like the hacking being out of control and no patches etc. Can anyone shed some light here please?

It doesn't help now that my disk drive on my wii is dirty. -.- won't read games

I'm sick and tired of this profile glitch. I was 5th pres, went down to 1st, got up to 2nd and then went down to 1st again. And now I keep becoming copies of my brother's 1st. So here is what I would like: to get into a modded/hacked lobby. If there are any friendly modders out there, please help me. I have been copied at least 7 times and I am sick of it. treyarch/IW aren't doing anything about this and knowing them, probably won't for a few months. I know this probably isn't the best place to ask for something like this, but I am desperate. If there are mods than can boost me up to 5th again, I would be incredibly appreciative.

So we probably won't get our profiles back?

Everybody now knows about the patch and profile glitch. Do you guys reckon we have lost our profiles? Because I assume we have. Treyarch/IW have only our names so nothing else to go by. This is incredibly frustrating because I went down FOUR PRESTIGES. So what do you lot think? Do you think we have lost our files for good? I'm relatively new on this forum, so I'm not completely sure if the WiiAdmin replies to many posts.

I was 5th prestige lvl 23 to start off with. I went on today to find out that my profile had become a replication of my brother's, a first pres lvl69. I'm not sure how this has happened and if it's down to the patch, or if my brother isn't telling me something. So if you have 2 profiles on a single wii, be careful that this doesn't happen to you. I assume there's no way I can get my profile back. If any of you guys know anything about this, then please post it here. Also, I still have my own allies list, it's just titles, emblems, classes and the level that's changed. Please help me!

Will we get a patch?/Does Treyarch even care?

We haven't had a proper patch for ages. There needs to be PROPER fixes, not just hotfixes. We need a patch when PS360 gets their's. They had shotgun buff & striker/ FMG nerf, we didn't. Will mw3 be like BO when eventually patches are just not being made anymore?
