Okay onto Snipers:
1. i read what you said how majority of the community complained that snipers were annoying in COD4, COD5, but in all honesty it was never overpowered in any way, using a sniper is already putting yourself at a disadvantage anyway so i don't think theres any need to "gimp" the snipers, also i would like to add that majority of the maps on black ops are very close quarters and are very hard to snipe on in general so even if you made snipers like COD4/COD5, you would still see a far less crowd than MW2 sniping
2. Great to see your increasing the damage of snipers, hit markers was always a problem, great work guys
3. Please change the ACOG scope on the Sniper, it has a terrible iron sight, make it more like COD4's ACOG
4. I dont mind the sway on the snipers, it is when i have to scope in for at least 1 - 3 seconds for my bullet to go straight, please remove this feature, it is utterly making the class completely useless

Thanks Vahn that was my take on snipers, i hope you read it and take it into consideration, in all honestly if you are going to make majority of people happy with sniping, just make it like COD4 and in all, you would have the best call of duty ever

Also bring back some COD5 maps, they were amazing (Roundhouse, Outskirts and maybe the best map ever in a call of duty game, Cliffside)

dude get over it, go cry to your mummy some more, its just quick scoping, its not your life (most likely is), if you want to quick scope go play MW2 and COD4, if you really want to make snipers realistic, then what Treyarch did is actually realistic, snipers don't shoot straight unless you aim your shot, you can't quick scope with a sniper in real life and you can't shoot a sniper unless you bipod it, so really your argument is completely invalid.
I agree that they are out classed in most situations, but due to the recoil in guns now, snipers are extremely dominant in long range battles, so use the sniper like a real sniper would, so please stop trolling

im not usually the one to say this because i'm never on these forums but GET THE **** OVER IT!!! i'm so sick of these 10 year olds crying over quick scoping, its not even that big a deal, you can still quick scope, there are plenty of methods of how to do it in black ops, you just have to learn to adjust, it isn't as easy as MW2, it actually takes skill to do it, if you don't like it, don't play it, go play COD4, that was a perfect game for sniping, besides the snipers are supposed to be supportive roles, not running into spawns getting quad killfeeds and in MW2 it was cheap, it was super easy, there was virtually no skill, so much auto aim, i could win a free for all easy quick scoping.

The thing is get over it, go cry some more, maybe Treyarch will fix them because of all the 10 year old cry babies

My Thoughts on Call of Duty Black Ops

Well the game has been out for around 3 days now and i thought i would give my thoughts of Call of Duty Black Ops:
Well first i am going to talk about the positives:
- no death streaks
- most balanced COD yet (except snipers)
- great maps
- currency system
- wager matches
- more gun on gun gameplay
- far less grenade launchers
- no commando
- interactive kill streaks and balanced kill streaks
- nazi zombies
- an amazing single player campaign
- customization!!!
- great perk balance
- The most fun multiplayer game (Yes i have played all the Call of Duty's)

negatives:
there are a few negatives about this game and all of them are hardly game breaking, i think Josh Ollin should read this maybe one day patch these problems:
for one, last stand needs to go, its a highly annoying perk and honestly i don't really know anyone who doesn't get frustrated when they get killed by it
number 2: the spawning in this game is a bit off, the spawns change way to rapidly, they switch almost instantaneously, i think there needs to be a patch for this straight away
number 3: the knifing in this game is completely random. Sometimes someone will lunge me like commando and sometimes it will be a swipe. Please making the knifing like Call of Duty 4 or better Call of Duty 5, with the swipe
Number 4: Matchmaking system, drop out parties, but i have heard that you are already patching this, good work:)
Number 5: This isn't the biggest problem, but i think wager matches should give you XP as well
Number 6: Snipers need to be rebalanced, they are far too hard to use in this game, even for hard scoping as the map design is made for close quarters and only 1 or 2 maps are beneficial for snipers, i like how you add sway and the random spot feature for snipers but they need to tone it down, i think the scope should scope in straight and the sway needs to be a little less drastic, i am sure a lot of people would be happy if you re-patched the snipers
Number 7: I think with combat training, your xbox live level should be with combat training, i hate having to rank up in combat training to access weapons, there should be an option to use your xbox live level
Number 8: More incentive to prestige, me personally i haven't prestige'd but a couple of my mates have and they are really disappointed again to see that you hardly gain anything from prestiging, i may be wrong with this as maybe at the later prestige's you gain some special items but no-one is sure yet

Overall Call of Duty Black Ops is an amazing game and i think Treyarch really did an amazing job with the WaW engine, i hope Treyarch looks at my forum post and takes it into consideration and i hope the community will agree with me, i know there are most negatives than positives but most of the negatives are small things that could polish this game into an almost perfect experience

Call of Duty Black Ops > MW2 any day of the week

On xbox live i am level 27 and on combat training im level 2, is there anyway i can use my xbox live profile to play on combat training, i want to practice sniping?
