Please make sure you fill out the personal information in your Elite profile completely. Next, unlink and relink everything in your account (Gamertag/SEN ID, Facebook, etc.) How are you accessing Elite? Through the web site or console app?

Hello hennuuh,

Are you making sure the DLC is properly installed? Do you own any other of the map packs?

If you select the "Download in Background" option, the DLC will download but you will have to manually install the maps. Check for the files on the Games tab on the XMB. Be sure to look into any folders on the Games column as well.

How are you accessing Elite? throug the web site or the console app? If you are using the web site, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If using the console app, try deleting and reinstalling.

Do you hear the noise outside of the game when you're in a chat session with friends? Does this happen 100% of the time? Which game modes do you play? Do you have a wired or wireless headset?
