How about Fixing Disc Read Error that the game is giving consoles? that would have been the right thing to do!

Disc Read Error

So The new mappacks comes out get 5mins into a game & the skreen turns black for 30 secs. kicks me to MP menu and "DISC READ ERROR"

Would be nice if they fixed the game befor making more money & relessing mappacks.

Fourzerotwo i've twitter this dink 1,000,000 times and no reply & we get no reply on here aint this some BS!

I wish it was that. But i played this game for Hrs. on end intill they started updateing/Patching then the Disk Read Errors started. They know it's on them or they wouldent have told me they was working on a fix on the next update. I've been playing BF3 for Hr's with no prob. I play Mw3 for 10-20 mins & Disk Read Error & Console HardFreezes.. this game is bunk . i just love how they come out with map packs befor fixing this falty game.. it's all about they money and they wont get a dime from me i'll never buy a IW call of duty.

So Act. said that they are working on Disk Read Error & said that it will be fixed in the next update. "Lets hope so" i Asked how long that would be & they said it's up to IW Dev. Team.

I think they should first off fix the Disk Read Error. Then give up gamers who could not game for prizes on elite that we paid for ,because of this prob. on ther end. well lets keep this post alive people keep calling & tweeting untill this is fixed!

How Can They Claim to be "trying" to fix "Disk read error" When it aint fixed yet I Cant play my game more then 20mins on a good day without A.V filty game Fuking up! There for i cant do the whole elite thing and try to win prizes ..So i'm out $120.oo & they want $20.oo for a replacement disk? Yeah right they need to make whats right and recall the disk that have that prob. and make good, I'm sure they know #numbers on the disk that have "DISK READ ERROR" I wanted a fix for this so bad i've been tweeting fourzerotwo on www.twitter.com ATVImikey& other A.V support > Pointless! i've playing sincethis game since W@W & am still addicted but now i just want my money back at this point!

Whats do you meen edition of the game? Ps3 $60.oo mw3,i got it at mid night of the game relese worked good until update/patches then disk read errors all the time..brought it back to gamestop got a new copy put that one in same crap! "Disk read error" "BY THE WAY NEW PATCH 1.08 DONT FIX DISK READ ERROR"

This games is BS i want my money back for this and elite $120.oo later & i'll never buy a Call of Duty game i'll play BF games..

We will see if the new Patch/Update 1.08 fixes the Disk Read Error/ Hard Console freezes tonight ... Let post if it fixes it!

Pies2k2 do you know if the xbox 360 update/patch worked for gamers that was also getting disk errors? seen that it wasent just happing to us ps3 user.. other consoles too. I hope that the next update/patch fixes this "Disk Read Error" prob. b/c it makes me HOSTILE!!!!!!!!

Yeah lets hope this update/patch 1.08 fixes this "Disk Read Error" gamers are getting from this mw3 game.

I know it's not the disk it self because i've returned it 3times and on my 4th copy. It seems like to me that it was a messed up on one of the other update/patch a while ago & since then i always got "Disk Read Error"

Got mw3 the night of release & played fine hrs on end untill they started patching with updates then the game messed up for me with the errors!

Still no fix for this junk game,Still getting disk read errors & console hard freezes!

I played this game since the day it came out with no probs. untill they started patching with updates then the crap started "DISK READ ERROR" affter a match of online game play!

they need to fix this BS game all other games work & bluray movies also.. i've tryed tweeting these idiots 1,000,000,000 times & all i got was try 2 delete game bullshiit bla bla blaaaa

i put my ps3 on its side and long behold no more disk read error & freezing probs. hope it works for you man! some one in thes fourms to put ps3 on side & i tryed it.. got most game time in today.. then i have since the first week of game..good luck!

thank 4 the update. i'm still having probs also my mw3 still freezing up on single & Mp. & when it dont freeze up when i play Mp it kicks me to main mp menu with a DISK READ ERROR message. i also think it has somthing to do with patch b/c day one when mw3 came out my console ran awesome till the patches came out now my game messes up . i also can play other games for hrs on end with no prob. blu-rays play good to.. i dont know whats up if this aint fixed by the 8th i'm doing to take my game back for my money ..and never buy a cod game!!!!!!!! & i'll make sure to tell other people not to as well..!!!!

So i've been getting kicked for some time now & getting kicked back to the MPmenu with "DISK READ ERROR" & sometime freezing my ps3 &having to hard reboot!

When you get a disk read error as soon as it pops the disk read error message, Eject your game. then turn off your console then turn it back put back in disk this should work it worked for me so far... i was able to play for 2HRs with no mess ups! PLEASE REPOST HERE IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU I HOPE IT DOSE!
