Just watched the trailer. The maps look pretty cool. Am I the only one that's rubbed the wrong way with them reskinning old maps and charging for it?

I bought a season pass for new maps. I will say that I regret getting it because the dlc has been very underwhelming imo. I've played each for a week and took em off.

I've had this happen a bunch of times. I host, no bullet registration, leave, go back to same game and get good registration.

I've also had a lot of good connections when I host too, so it's not all bad. It depends more on who's in the lobby (and who's screwing around with their connection pre game) than it does the game.

I've had some of my best games using that gun....especially on the bigger maps. Oddly enough it's maps like Carrier, Turbine and Cargo that I get 50+ kills on with single digit deaths.

They went down early this morning too. I was in the middle of a good game and thought someone dashboarded. A split second ragefest went down.

If you're a COD only player like myself then no it's not worth it since Ghosts will be on 360. I might get one to scalp on eBay. That might cover the costs of a new headset and another xb1.

I also have a set of a40s and a Scuf so I will probably stay on 360 for the next year

I think the fact that blops2 retails for $10 cheaper than mw3 right now says something.

Fwiw I'm still having fun. I had to change how I play, but doing so created a huge improvement in results. Perhaps you should do the same. Not saying that I don't have wtf moments....just saying I worked to figure out how to play around it, or change lobbies.

I finished the campaign in mw2 and mw3. I didn't even open the campaign in cod4 or blops1/2.

When they revealed blops2 I had no interest in even buying it because of the campaign reveal centered around future warfare. It wasn't until they revealed the mp that I wanted it.

Ghosts otoh I am all about getting and I may play the campaign

Same for me and being host. Hosting was good better than half the time. Over the last month being host now means I have to slow way down, create distance and use an AR. There is no way I can win CQC being host

The spawns have gotten worse with every time they tweak it. Right now I'm actually having the most fun on the big maps Carrier, Cargo and Turbine. Less spawn camping and less revenge spawns mean more actual play to get a legit kill. Sorry, but spawn trapping/camping isn't legit.

I was in a game of KC like that. The score was way lopsided (like 80-10) before I looked and saw it was 16 v 4. The only other weird thing I've noticed was playing with a PDW that had a 100 rnd clip and it was before the nerfs.

I like rushing, but I do have an anti air class with a the MK48. It did have the LSAT, but I wanted to try a different one and the MK48 is even more of a laser than the LSAT. The bullet spread is virtually nonexistent.

Weird

I guess tokens disappear. I just checked if I could reset (I'm master prestige) and I can't. I haven't used a prestige token since 6th prestige.

I guess once you hit master you keep that token until you've run through enough XP to prestige again and then it disappears. I know I had a token, but now it's gone.

I'd love to know how many deaths I have from being the only one trying to cap a flag. I haven't bothered with Dom in a long time because of that, ppl who spend the whole game ADSing their initial spawn flag and because I haven't partied up lately.

I've also noticed that KC has slowed down quite a bit because of campers that won't even pick up tags and tag campers that won't pick up tags. I've seen a lot more games time out because of it.

Hardline doesn't earn you more xp directly, but it does indirectly as you earn streaks faster which gets you more kills and completes challenges faster.
