IMO the game probably plays fine for the large majority of the community, unfortunately there appears to be a minority of players that fall into a mysterious connection whole that precludes them from having the advantage of fair game-play that most are given. Unfortunately complaining is a big part of human nature and this is naturally going to be a place where people are going to do it.
