I love COD, always have.

Three things that I am requesting you all pay attention to in the newest game:

Please don't downplay the smoke and explosive SFX. Good players know how to use that stuff to move around...

Input a "sabotage" game type, with no KILL ICON over the bomb carrier, and no respawns. I'm telling you, this game type will be a hit. It's like search, kinda, but you can choose to be on offense or defense. Please get on this one. (Hardcore of course...)

Not saying to pirate anything... BUT, please look at the way EA's NHL 2012 does their "club play". This would be the best way to head up the clan battles.

I honestly think that those 3 things are all valid and would improve the game. Obviously, being on the forums, they will be scrutinized by some. However, I've been playing COD since COD2 (like WW2 COD2), and I like to think that I have a little insight. Either way, god speed!

Scavenger should give you whatever the dead body left behind. Whether it be a claymore, knife, grenade, etc.. Would make that perk much more useful and interesting. Also, would diversify people's play.

Clan Ops

Hardcore Ops

DLC a small town's Main Street for a map...

Maybe a Clan league, like EA does in NHL. Would be awesome!!

"Wall" for each players profile on Elite that other players can post on.. like fb

Noted, yes I bought without thinking that it was broken. I preordered it and got it the day of, so there was no warning of its lackluster implementation and its poor management. I bought Elite for the DLC plus being able to participate in team operations that give out real prizes. None of which has been seen so yea, it has no value whatsoever to me.

You need to stop marketing Elite!! Nothing makes me more mad than to click on a yahoo news headline and see an add for Call of Duty Elite. This is buttsucking BS. You all have failed and are still thieving around hoping parents buy their kids an Elite subscription for Christmas. That is total horseshyt. It is an incomplete product in which the details that outline it are inaccurate. Put your marketing team on pause until you complete the service. I bought elite with a hardened package and sure wish I wouldn't have. I do commend you for reaching out to the fans, but it is still broke, and probably will always be. And I know it might be ACTI who facilitates your marketing entity, but it reflects you guys and makes you look like blood suckers. Elite thus far has no added value to the game, quit marketing it.

Hey Beachhead, you will be "humbled" by the amount of people that play hardcore who actually use Elite Operations. You say the majority of players prefer Core, but take into account that majority is not filtering people who actually use the Elite service. Most Hardcore, especially HC SnD players are Elite members who are more "hardcore" when it comes to COD. I would bet that the people who actually participate in your Ops would prefer to play them in HC modes. Think outside the box guys.

I think the FMG's are fine. They run out of ammo fast, no actual aim, have to fold them open, and have no range.. If I were holding two machine pistols pointing them at something and squeezed the trigger... probably going to hit it a few times. I think they are a good representation of a ridiculously outfitted soldier.

The trick is, DONT RUN TOWARDS THE PEOPLE HOLDING DUAL FMG's!!!

I think it should give you ammo and the tactical/lethal equipment of the dead body. He dropped an unused claymore, you get a claymore. Makes more sense than anything else..

KC and SnD. But don't camp on SnD, rush. You would have to beat your team to the kills, which isn't going to happen by camping. Those are my go to game types.

I am currently looking for people to join a team. I have been running with a couple of guys since COD4. We (they) mainly play HC SnD but Elite rewards variety. So, I am trying to get some people to head up all the different gametypes CTF, Dom, TDM, HQ, etc. on HC and Core. Looking for mature team players that won't tarnish the name. I would have to play a couple of pubs with you all to see if you'd be a good fit. We do play on GB too but that is something else that we can talk about if you want. Mainly this is for Elite, trying to create a good team with a reputation of being good on all gametypes. Look us up on our Clan page (its new, like a lvl 2) and write something on our discussion board or message Sneak.

You don't have to be a Founder, just need to fit in.

Whomper, I am looking for people to join our team. Lazy by Nature, me and a couple of guys have been playing together since COD4. We mainly play HC SnD but Elite rewards variety. Make sure your NAT type is OPEN. Also, once I am in the MP menu screen I have to press the xbox button(middle button) and sit there for like 30 seconds. Kinda weird but it is the only thing that works for me, it gives it time to catch up to itself or something. Either way, good luck.
