Adding a "Second in Comand" option for CLANS in COD Elite

So i was thinking it would be a great idea to add a "second in comand" option for the original Clan leaders to make if they want. I've noticed some clan leaders dont always get online and join Clan Ops or they are flooded with people wanting to Apply to join the Clan So im sure this idea has been thrown out there before but the more we show Activision that we are always talking on this subject then maybe they will do it. But the second in comand shouldnt be able to Kick anyone (including the original leader). they should just really be able to have a support role and help out if the leader wants it.
