I have an open nat he has moderate theyre both nat type 2 yes we are both on the same connection and on linksys. No one who ever brings the ps3 to my house cant connect to me.

Me and my brother on the same internet used to be able to connect then out of the blue we couldnt I it doesnt even try to load it just says unable. I have a static ip address if that means anything. I could do anything you tell me to if it meant it'd fix it. ( Like open ports ) Well thanks for reading please help.
