techinally ghost wasn't shot in the head so he could have been shot in the hip or the shoulder and roach was the only one being burned not ghost if you looked carefully in that cutscene then you would see why. gaz was a different story where you saw him get killed by the shot where as ghost..you couldn't really see anything..a bit
