Yet, you type this long post here when simply doing the above would grant you your wish.

Type the code, in the above, as stated, and link to your Elite account and all will be resolved. It's not rocket science! The reason it's not on PSN is that this specific content doesn't include any maps etc.

Sennalike - I have to agree with you. I think it's probably your maturity showing through. One would expect that the vast majority of those who send abusive messages are merely reflecting how they behave in day to day life.

Unfortunately, this game is available to everyone and I think it's a given that a high percentage of players are intellectually challenged and will react to losing pretty much the same as if you were to stare at their pint in the pub! Boneheads!!!

The best thing to do is just annihilate them in the next game!

Follow what was done above ensuring you download all the correct keys and the Face Off maps. That should cure it.

I know what you mean about not buying another COD product. It really pees you off when things like this happen....

AND YET AGAIN, ELITE "HELP" IS SILENT. TALK ABOUT AN OXYMORON.....

BOOTXJR - please you've got it sorted out. The new maps are well worth the struggle! PS3 player name is 'fuzbar'.

HellRaiser1980. Follow what BOOTXJR did and it should cure your problem.

STILL NO RESPONS FROM ELITE HELP! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh, we'll take £35 for Elite membership from you but when you need help, we'll do bugger all to sort it out! Grrrr"!

There isn't a key you need to enter. It's one of the downloads in the respective folders. Just read through ensuring you download the correct map and key (if present) relevant to your game version as state in my previous post.

I appreciate it's a tedious process but it will work.

N.B. You have to download every map available to ensure this works.

Are you going to get off your backsides and help this chap out or is it down to other csutomers to do your work for you?

Just go to the Playstation Store and start at the beginning with all the Elite packages one is entitled to. Ensure you download the correct version for your disc, ie BLES 01428. This code will be displayed on the spine of your game case.

Ensure you also download the appropriate product keys with each file too, if they're there. Just make sure you scroll through each download completely too see if one is required.

Work your way through the lot and it should remedie the situation. Post back if you have any probs.

DO NOT DELETE ANY OF YOUR SAVED GAME DATA, IT IS NOT NECESSARY!

Thanks for the reply Elite Help,

However, I've now cured the issue by deleting the game data and reloading every map etc again. It took hours! Why should we have to do this when we've paid the amount of money we have for the game and its respective add-on?

I'm sure there'll be many others, along with myself, looking for a goodwill gesture from MW3 for all this inconvenience over a poorly produced "patch" along with an assurance that future releases will be subject to more stringent quality control.

Perhaps a couple of prestige coins would be a suitable gesture?

Elite Support, this is a challenge to you!

Along with many other members, I have paid you a lot of money. Firstly, for the game, and then more for the Elite package. I now find that due to your recent "patch 1.16" I can longer access maps I have paid good money for in online multiplayer mode on the PS3

I'm sure many other members of this forum are just as angry as I am. We want the issue fixed. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE that we should have to delete this and delete that and download all the maps again to get our maps back!

This is your opportunity to tell members what is being done to correct this issue and when a corrective patch will be released.

This lack of acknowledgment of this problem, to date, demonstrates that you appear to only care about collecting money for Elite and not about providing good customer focused aftercare! I would like you to negate that suggestion by your response.

P.S. I'm off to play GT5 for now......
