If you want me to be 100% honest, I'd have to say this. WE paid $50, that's the full price for CallofDuty: Elite. Well, why should we be paying $50 for something that we cant even use all the benefits out of?

Hello, first off, I'd like to say that I know CallofDuty: Elite is currently down, but that's not the problem here. As many of you know there's a bug going around on Elite stating, "Your account is not eligble for Elite" I did some further research and found out it's because of my young age, Im turning 15 this January. About a few days ago, I contacted Activision wondering about this error, and how I could fix it; their response, "Sorry, but there's really nothing we can do because of your age, contact sony for more help with your account." Great isnt it? So I contacted Sony, they were going to transfar my elite status over to another account, but that didnt work, so they told me to contact the retailer I bought it from. Gamestop, I called them up on the phone asking for my money back, they refused! I asked for a new code, they also refused for that too. So. basically right now Im thinking to myself, I just got scammed my $50. The thing that really pisses me off though, is the fact that Activision is a billion dollar company, yet they cant give a little kid a brand new $50 code? Also, Don't you think Gamestop should have warned me before hand!? By the way, I bought this game at realse date FROM Gamestop and more then half the emoplies know me there.

Conclusion if this doesnt get fixed:

Mw3- to the trash.

If anybody knows how to fix this, please tell me right away.
