one fix would be to use a cron (scheduled task) and make it do the following

check if clan level = "emblem unlock level"

if level = emblem unlock level

give emblem

sleep then repeat

i agree 100% apart from the "management pushed an unrealistic launch date", elite was launched as BETA and nothing more, the MW3 ELITE phase was ment as BETA to get the site running as good as possible for BO2 i think

Ok so lets get started with the points against your arguement

Point 1: They can decide when they put up the clan ops/clan challenges

Point 2: They decide how it looks as their the team developing and maintaining it, if you think you can do any better go apply for a job at beachhead studios

The issue with not seeing custom backgrounds may be hinting towards their removal in Elite 2.0.

its not programmed into the elite script, its in the db its easy for beachhead to remove if you ask them :>

Ok, how do you propose they stop cheating? an anti-cheat system would be overcome with enough time dedicated to it, if someone wants to find a way to block the system it will happen

Your $50 is for the elite service and the map packs, the clan is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY not theirs, if you lose leadership because of your friend then you have to get it back not them.
