i'm having the same problems its been a month now i have contacted support but nothing they say helps and then they just say sorry i'm a premium member and i talked 4 of my best friends into paying for elite like me just so we can level our clan but now we can't and our premium runs out soon so we are stuck at level 44 in MW3 i can still enlist in BO2 but can't view any progress

i haven't been able to enlist in any thing for MW3 for a month now and never got my xp or badge for the search and destroy op back in december plus i can't view any ops or challenges

its been 3 weeks for my clan we can't enlist in MW3 but can in BO2 can't view anything on elite i contacted support they just say sorry

at lease you can enlist it won't let anyone in my clan enlist for about 3 weeks now in MW3 but we can in BO2 i contacted support but they just say sorry

i'm on PS3 and i get the same thing every time and on top of that the PC website doesn't work either its been messed up now about 3 weeks for me.my clan can't even enlist in MW3 ops and challenges because of it but we can in BO2. i already reported it to support but they haven't helped yet. i guess they can't figure out their own website.

i have contacted them through chat and it doesn't help. they say elite is having problems it will update soon and never does. i have tried to call them on the phone and it just tells you to go on elite support to chat and then hangs up on you. you never get to talk to anyone on the phone just in live chat.

i am having the same problem as you AiR______fReSh. i can't enlist in the new challenges or ops for MW3 however i can enlist in the BO2 ops but i can't view any info in both BO2 and MW3 ops and challenges.

They are not just for leaders because I'm the leader of my clan and I'm still missing some.
