My buddy with less than a 3G connection got host. His ping is like 300+, the host selection is pretty poor sometimes.

Players degrade their lines to get 3 bars to get an advantage in the game. I saw one players emblem that stated 3 bars always and never 4 bars, pretty much stating he/she is cheating.

The elite subscriptions are per game not for both. I believe they are two different subscriptions.

Reason: All the past post of "I've been banned or go reset" pretty much 100% of them where boosting or cheating in some form.

The game ran great after patch for me for about 2 days then they did the hot fixes. This last hot fix is working well again .15

The first two days of the patch I was able to go back to wired with no QoS settings. I'm not back on wifi and streaming videos to get close to a fair game. I'm still behind and its no where near what it was on Saturday/sunday. Sad thing is my friends are seeing the same thing.
