ATTENTION INFINITY WARD STAFF****Petition to remove aim assist from sniper rifles****

If all you quickscopers believe you have pure aiming skill then you would gladly accept the removal of aim assist from all sniper rifles....that way you can still quickscope to your hearts content...only problem is you will miss 98% of the time...

That being said..the community is big for quickscoping...so it still is requested that a seperate lobby is introduce where aim assist is enabled still so they can still have their public quickscope matches

Quickscoping is a game exploit and is not a skill. Yes it takes skill to master quickscoping, but that is because you are mastering a exploit...that is to say its the same as someone learning how to glitch under a map and may take 5mins for them to do it...but when they master it they can do it first try...that doesn't make them a good player because they mastered an exploit.

YOU ARE SO CONFIDENT THAT QUICKSCOPING IS NOT AIM ASSIST

1.GO TO A PRIVATE MATCH WITH YOUR QUICKSCOPING BUDDIES...

2.SET THE GAME RULES TO Hardcore TeamDeathmatch with unlimited time

3.EVERYONE MUST GO ON THE SAME TEAM

4.MOST TEAMKILLS WINS

5.WATCH AS 98% OF YOU QUICKSCOPING SHOTS MISS

6.Proof it is an aim assist exploit

Don't just comment in and cry...try the custom match for yourself

and AGAIN!...if you believe that you TRUELY ARE AIMING while quickscoping ...then why would it matter if aim assist is removed? why would you complaining if its all skill? if you truely can quickscope without aim assist...then having it removed shouldn't be a problem agreed? IF you are going to argue that aim assist has nothing to do with quickscoping..you aren't making a strong point disagree with me. Because if its removed it shouldn't effect your "SKILL".

13TH MEU RECRUITING!!

No, we are not a strict, get down and give me 20, clan as one might think from our name. We have just as much fun, if not more, as the next clan. And no you don't need to have the [13th] clan tag in your name.

Background

We have been around since July of 2009. We started out a Battlefield Heroes and Battlefield 2 clan but have spread out to Call of Duty and Killzone all on PC, XBox, and PS3. We have over 100 active members who are currently part of the 13th MEU. We have members literally everywhere; from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Russia, Romania, Germany, Poland, South Africa, Egypt, Italy, Greece, China, Japan, Israel, Slovakia, Columbia, Peru and many other countries!

We strive for teamwork, results, friendships, and having a blast. We host almost monthly Operations, Playdates, Competitions, and more. And even almost daily Server Raids where the MEU will raid a given server for hours and hours. We have both North American and European Squads who hold practices pretty often. We usually get in vent and/or xfire and just start playing.

Our Chain of Command Structure is pretty easy to learn and grow as being a part of it while being extremely sturdy and very flexible. It allows there to be leadership positions being available from the day you join to being the longest-serving member in the clan. And, yes, there are literally always leadership positions available from Squad Staff members to even our bigger chain of command positions which attain more responsibility.

Opening For

I'm submitting this post to gather players for MW3. We currently have 4 squads in the CoD division but, it wouldn't hurt to have move. Until MW3 releases, feel free to join now to play along with these squads. We are also open to create other divisions for other games. So long as there's enough players.

So come check us out at our website or jump on our Ventrilo server (13thMEU) to listen in on the fun.

How to Join

To join, you must fill out an easy application and be at least 14yrs old. Simply hop on over to the website and select "Enlistment Office" to fill out the application. A recruiter will respond on what you need to do next. Please reference this forum on the refer line of the application.

Prestige Token Missing?

I have 3 prestige tokens.

I have prestiged in 4 CODs though. COD4, WAW, MW2, BLOPS.

I know for a fact my playercard shows 10th prestige in COD4 and MW2. I think the Blops one is a prestige emblem, but the WAW one looks like a 4-star commander. However I have ranked up to level 1 prestige 1 in WAW. I want my 4th token LOL! Suggestions? Play another game or two in WAW and see if that makes my prestige token "register" in the "system"?

Hey guys, might as well get right down to it, here's what I'm looking for:

Clan that plays together

Clan that acts like a family

Clan that as a group will usually win against randoms (this should be a given for any group of people..)

Clan that doesn't mind having fun telling jokes

Clan that is also willing to be serious when it is time to be.

Clan with mostly mics and aren't aren't under 13-15

What I'm NOT looking for:

Inactive clan

clan that will kick me if I'm off for a week because of college

clan that will accept me regardless of whether they've even seen me play yet.

clan that doesn't have leadership and is just people playing together...that's a TEAM NOT A CLAN

KDR whores

If we do gamebattles..it shouldn't be the main point of the clan

BIG CLANS, big clans are okay but if its to the point where I don't even know the whole clan after 2 months..then that's not like a family, that's just a bunch of people playing together.

bottom line, I'm looking for a family! Clans should have patriotism, each and every member as a brother.

What I have to offer:

I've stopped leveling up about 3 months ago and started going for all gold weapons, pretty soon I'll have just about every gun mastered with attachments so that if necessary I can fit just about any position on your team, I can be your jack of all trades, which is always helpful to have. I also have all pro perks except for overkill, I'm also a halfway decent riotshielder so I can do just about anything for you.

KDR: I do not care about my KDR, I don't feel its an accurate measure of a players skill..Within the first two months of the game my KD was 1.45, Since then I have stopped caring about it, it has dropped to 1.04 Does that mean I suck now? no it just means my playstyle has changed a little, I can still easily go 20-7 just as I did the first couple of months, but because of weapons I've used while mastering them.. (I got the dragunov up to level 30..holy crap...) it has brought down my KDR etc, but this does not make me a worse player than I used to be.

Please do not just leave your clan website and that's it. tell me about your clan and why I would enjoy it there. I'd rather have an actual conversation than just register for a forum and then be good to go. thank you for reading and for considering me
